Conditions

1. Thon Hotel Arena has exclusivity of all food and beverages served and sales at Norges Varemesse. Food and drink cannot be brought into the stand by exhibitors or other tenants.

2. Alcohol is only allowed from restaurants and the places where Thon Hotel Arena is allocated for this.

3. Alcohol is not allowed at stands.

4. In the case of closed trade fairs, a license may be applied for. Applications must be sent to us at least 3 weeks before the start of the exhibition.

5. Written order within 5 working days before the exhibition's opening.

6. When ordering after 5 business days, we cannot guarantee and offer the full menu.

7. Cancellation deadline 72 hours before serving – cancellation after 72 hours is invoiced in full.

8. All prices are stated incl. VAT 15 % (Alcohol and Non-Food 25 %.) We reserve the right to change the menu and prices.
