When not wearing your hearing aids, store them in the charging case to keep them safe and fully charged. The charging case will keep your hearing aids protected.. left and right. You can easily tell ‘Left' from ‘Right' based on the direction of the wires and the earbuds. They are designed to face inward toward the ear. You can also check the color-coded dot on the back of your hearing aids and the charging case. Left is blue and right is red.. charging your hearing aids. Each full charge will last up to 30 hours, ensuring a full day of uninterrupted hearing. To charge your hearing aids, place each hearing aid in the corresponding charging bay. Match left and right with the color-coded dot on the charging bay. Left is blue and right is red. Rest the earbuds in the open space in the center and close the lid. charging your Case. Your case can hold 3 full charges for your hearing aids. To charge your case, plug the power adaptor into an outlet and connect the charging cable to the hearing aid charger. The LED on the hearing aid indicates whether it is charging or full charged. When the LED on the hearing aid pulsates, it is still charging and when the LED is solid, it is fully charged. You can remove and wear your hearing aids at any time, even if it is not fully charged. The five LEDs at the front of the charger indicate the battery level of the hearing aids. The LEDs will display for 10 seconds and then turn off while the hearing aids continue to charge. LED pulsates. still charging LED solid. fully charged. Turn your hearing aids on and off. The hearing aids are automatically turned on when they are removed from the hearing aid charger. They can also be turned on and off manually by pressing the button for 5 seconds. The LED will light up to indicate it is being turned on and will flash 3 times when being turned off.. battery life and charging case. Your case holds 3 full charges for your hearing aids. Each full charge powers your hearing aids for 30 hours for all-day use. To keep your hearing aids running their best, put them in the case when you're not using them. The charging case can be kept plugged in for convenient overnight charging or used as a travel case for quick charging. Hold the hearing aid by the wire and rest it on the back of your ear.. step two. Hold the wire and gently push the earbud into your ear canal. You may need to bend the wire with your finger until it rests securely on your ear. The wire should follow the shape of your ear and sit against your head.. When inserted properly, you won't be able to see the earbud. The wire should not stick out. If you're having difficulty, try wiggling the wire or changing the angle you push the earbud. Rub your finger on the back of your hearing aids. You should hear the rustling sound of your finger against the microphone.. Adjust the volume. To manually adjust the volume, press the buttons on your hearing aids. The button on the left lowers the volume and the button on the right raises the volume.. Take notes about your hearing. Make a note of everything you can hear, good and bad. For example, voices may be clearer or the buzz of the refrigerator may be distracting. Connect to the My Lively app Android Pairing Download the my Lively app Before connecting to Bluetooth, search ‘My Lively’ in the Google Play store and download our free app.. Pairing your hearing aids with your Android works a little differently than other Bluetooth devices. You will need to make sure that your Bluetooth is turned on, however you should not pair your hearing aids in the Bluetooth menu. Simply follow the instructions in the My Lively App. step one Make sure your hearing aids are charged, turned on, and outside of the charging case.. Open the My Lively app and accept the terms and conditions.. Note: If you're in demo mode then this will come after Step 4.. step four. Check if you are in demo mode. You can tell if you are in demo mode by looking at the menu in the bottom right corner of the app. If it says "Demo" click on the "More" button and switch "Demo mode" off.. step five. Allow app to access your location by tapping "Allow all the time". This will come in handy if you misplace your hearing aids or need to download new settings from your audiologist.. Questions? A Bluetooth request will appear. Click 'Allow’. step Seven. A prompt will appear asking you to restart your hearing aids. Do so by placing them into the charging case for 10 seconds and then remove and place near phone. Make sure that the lights on each hearing aid are lit after placing into case. If after a minute they have not connected, restart them again.. step Eight. Once you’re connected, try testing app features like volume and environmental settings to make sure that your hearing aids respond to Bluetooth and app commands.. Connect to the My Lively app iPhone Pairing Download The my lively app Before connecting to Bluetooth, search ‘My Lively’ in the App store and download our free app.. If this is your first pair of Lively Hearing Aids, jump ahead to step four. If you’re changing from the former non-rechargeable Lively Hearing Aids to your new rechargeable ones, continue to STEP ONE.. Connect via Bluetooth settings step one. Go to your iPhone settings, tap the Bluetooth menu, and switch Bluetooth on.. Lively RE561-DRWC. Questions? Call us. (800) 854-2772. step two Power down your non-rechargeable hearing aids by opening the battery doors.. Go back to the main settings menu. Tap Accessibility > Hearing devices.. Your former non-rechargeable hearing aids will appear in the menu as "Not Connected". Tap on the name of your hearing aids.. Connect to your iPhone page 1 of 6. 10.

Tap "Forget this Device" to remove your former non-rechargeable hearing aids. Lively RE561-DRWC. step four. Make sure your new rechargeable hearing aids are charged, turned on, and close to your iPhone. Your hearing aids turn on automatically when removed from the charging case.. step five. You'll receive a request to connect to your hearing aids one at a time. Agree to all requests to pair your hearing aids with your phone.. step seven Make sure that both "L" and "R" appear alongside your hearing aids.. Lively RE561-DRWC. Remain on this screen for 2 minutes to ensure proper pairing. Keeping your hearing aid close to your phone, do not navigate away from this page or let your phone go into 'Sleep Mode'.. A Bluetooth request will appear. Click 'OK'.. step four. A prompt will appear asking you to restart your hearing aids. Do so by placing them into the charging case for 10 seconds and then remove and place near phone. Make sure that the lights on each hearing aid are lit after placing into case.
