1 Introduction

This document contains a list of the NBS features supported by Jack Henry jXchange and NBS software, by release number, required for any bank to connect to the Jack Henry jXchange core host. Lists of the enhancements, fixes, restrictions and known problems are included for each software release.

1.1 Audience

This document is written for ATM core, VAR and financial institution personnel who are deploying NBS, as well as NH Professional Services personnel who are supporting those deployments.

• Withdrawal transactions are identified using the tran codes (separated by a pipe ("|")) set in JackHenry.MaxDailyWithdrawalTranCodes

• The maximum amount (in cents) that a customer can withdraw from the selected account is set in JackHenry.MaxDailyWithdrawalAmount

• The message that is displayed to the customer and printed on the receipt when the customer is about to withdraw more than the maximum amount is set in

2. [GMNJH-251] Added the ability to deny an individual terminal access completely. To include this the bank must:

• Add field "RestrictITMAccess" to the UserDefInfo array

o if the value of this field is set to "Y", the customer will not have access o if the value of this field is set to "N", the customer will have access

• Set the "UserDefInfoTextToRestrictATMAccess" parameter (in the JackHenry.xml file) in the customer package to "RestrictITMAccess."

GMNJH-258 Mini Statements were failing because the Start Date and End Date were set to 0001- 01-01. Updated so that the Start Date / End Date are not set if the Account History Search does not include a date range.

GMNJH-261 Customers were getting debited when no cash was dispensed. This occurred when posting to the GL account timed out. The customer was debited, but MP2S did not dispense any money and it printed a denial receipt.
