Executive Engineer , Korba Municipal Corporation invites Online Tenders for and on behalf of Municipal Commissioner ,Korba for Prequalification and S.O.R. percentage rate For Building (S.O.R. 01-06-2009 P.W.D.) tender in form ‘A’ from D class contractors of Korba PWD Chhattisgarh or Experienced reputed Firms for similar work on GoC e-Procurement System (http://cgeprocurement.gov.in) through Sub Portal http://krbupts. cgeprocurement. gov.in

1. In order to participate in the tenders floated using the e-Procurement System, all contractors/bidders are required to get enrolled on the e-Procurement portal (http://cgeprocurement.gov.in).
2. The bids submitted online should be signed electronically with a Digital Certificate to establish the identity of the bidder bidding online. 4. Tender Download, Submit Bid Hash online, Submission of Bids, EMD and other Documents and other activities will be governed by the time schedules given under-Key Dates.
5. Physical Submission of other necessary documents and EMD (by Post/by hand) TDF/FDR/Cash in favour of Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Kroba ( Saket Bhawan, ITI Chowk Ramipur) at Dated 20.01.15 Time 17.30 PM.
6. Conditions related to e-Procurement are furnished in Annexure–O of tender document and will overrule other conditions wherever applicable/relevant.
7. The Bidders has to submit (Upload Scan Copies/fill) his offer/credentials online as required in the tender in the online templates in relevant envelopes.
8. The Bidders may refer Help Manual available online to perform there online activities.
9. In case where the bid amount appears to be obnormally low, at the time of executing the Agreement additional performance guarantee deposit shall be obtained from the successful bidder which shall be the difference between 90% of the estimated cost and the bid amount. The performance gurantee amount shall be in the form of FDR of a nationalized bank, post office saving bank account/ National Saving Certificate/ Post Office Time Deposite account in favour of Commissioner and must be deposited with in 15 days from the date of demand, failing which the bid will automatically stand rejected.
