Duties and Responsibilities:

 Over All In-Charge of the New and Existing Piping Construction Facilities.

 Review Construction Plan and Procedure with safety measures, quality, and productivity schemes as per the client’s specification.

 Plan the sequence of project tasks and scope assignments including daily, weekly, and monthly look-ahead plan or short interval schedules especially during plant shutdown activities

 Work with Project and Construction Management team to develop schedules, regarding manpower, materials, and equipment requirement’s on the project.

 Develop a Strong relationship with the field team, general contractors, owners/customers, and vendors to lead a positive work environment.

 Create decisions by analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solving problems.

 Coordinate and implement activities and any other resources necessary to assure a safe and quality execution.

 Prepare tracking and documentation of project delays that affect the scope and Communication of the delays as the risks to the project team.

 Coordinates all your deliveries from the vendors, fab-shop, or subcontractors to assure the project is completed on time, under budget, and the best quality

 Assure the installation is correct as per safety regulations and procedures or enlisting the support of others in the organization as needed.

 Analyze situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems, and evaluate realistic options, and recommend/implement appropriate courses of action.

 Oversee installation of piping components and equipment following established inspection and testing procedures as per priority schedule of system completion.

 Checks subcontractor’s performance and construction cost awareness.

 Evaluates piping activities and execution for contract compliance, schedules, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors.

 Works within budget and time constraints to ensure customer satisfaction from Erection, Installation, tie-in, and shutdown to pre-commissioning activities.

 Manages and provides technical support to the construction field ensuring safe and successful completion of a project.

 Prepares advance-planning reports regarding materials, manpower and equipment mobilization, and other requirements.

 Coordinates with QA, QC reporting interaction with other departments and clients to assure prompt production and deliveries.

 Identify the problems including the flow of productions, material, and technical issues.  Prepare daily activities with subcontractors and ensure that works are carried out as per plan

and company specification.

 Supervising and managing the site construction activities carried out by subcontractors and ensuring timely completion of the work such as quality, safety aspects, and targets.

 Ensure that all site activities adhere to legal regulations, including Environmental regulations of safety and the company.

 Conduct site surveys with sub-contractor and engineering team for the clarification of construction facilities where interference occurred.

 Conduct weekly HSE assessments and safety walkthrough, safe, and unsafe auditing.

 Participate in system walk down of completed piping packages and verify clearing of all punch lists prior to mechanical completion.

 Support the Quality Control Manager (QCM) in performing the quality control activities in light of advising on quality control procedures, methods, and practices/actions Analyses and report the Quality Control results.

 Report directly to the Site Construction Manager and liaise closely with the Project

Commissioning team in ensuring that required systems /sub-systems are completed in line with the project commissioning schedule of priorities.

 Create accurate professional reports and the interface between the subcontractor and another discipline concerning technical issues.

 Supervise the construction of sub-contractor and direct manpower ensuring compliance with the applicable specification and standard.

 Evaluate the construction and execution work capability according to the programs to be implemented and promote corrective action where necessary.

 Oversee and Supervise pipeline activities such as preparation, expedite tools and materials, preparation of equipment’s and manpower mobilization, pipe stringing, fitting up random joints, NDE, joints repair, sandblasting, painting and raise for inspection prior to lowering, Tie-in of final joints, pigging, gauging, water filling to hydro testing and report the daily activity progress to the manager.

 Oversee the entire area of the assigned tasks and should assure that proper resources are available to meet the requirements of the specifications.

 Assure to follow and established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties include ng lifting and proper handling of materials.

 Correct unsafe conditions in the work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to the supervisor immediately.
