SPECIFICATION
Channel Frame Mirror shall have frame fabricated of alloy 18-8 stainless steel, type 304, 20 gauge with mitered corners. Mirror glazing shall be _____(insert glazing option) and shall be warranted for 15 years against silver spoilage. All edges of mirror shall be protected by friction and chafe absorbing fillers. Back of mirror shall be protected by full size shock-absorbing water-resistant filler and full size one piece 20 gauge corrosion protected steel. Top and bottom wall mounting brackets shall be fabricated of 20 gauge corrosion protected steel and shall be spot welded into “H” hanger. Mirror shall be secured to lower bracket with a
Phil-lips Pan Head locking screw.

MATERIALS
Frame: 18-8, type 304, 20 gauge (.036" <.91mm> thick) stainless steel. Roll-formed one piece construction. Exposed
surfac-es have a No 4 satin finish. Edges and corners are burr free.
Glass: Standard glazing is No 1 quality, 1/4" (6.4mm) thick plate/float, silver coated and hermetically sealed with a uniform
copper plating, and warranted against silver spoilage for 15 years. Mirrors meet Federal Spec DD-M-411C, ASTM C- 1503, and ASTM C-1036-91.
Filler: Expanded polyethylene microcell foam sheet material, abrasion resistant and shock absorbing, water resistant, 1/8
inch (3.2mm) total layer thickness.
FABRICATION NOTE FOR SPECIFICATION
Mirrors larger than 21sq. Ft. (1.95m2 ) are fabricated in two (2) or more sections to provide installation and handling ease.
INSTALLATION
Install “H” wall brackets level and plumb per diagram location using ONLY No 8 or No 10 Pan Head screws (by others). Hang
mirror on brackets and tighten locking screw (No 6-32F x 3/4" Philips Pan Head, supplied separately taped to mirror back) at
bottom (note: this screw should be started prior to hanging mirror on wall bracket). For compliance with 2010 ADA Accessibility Standard, bottom edge of reflecting surface should be no higher than 40" (1016mm) above finished floor.
GLAZING OPTIONS

SPECIFICATION
Surface Mounted Shelf shall be fabricated of alloy 18-8 stainless steel, type 304. Brackets shall be 16 gauge and shelf shall be 18 gauge, with a 1/2" (13) lip on all four (4) sides. Front lip shall be hemmed under for safety. All exposed surfaces shall be No 4 satin
finish and shall be protected during shipment with PVC film easily removable after installation. Structural assembly of shelf and bracket supports shall be of welded construction. Shelf shall be sized and brackets located as per standard schedule or shall be custom fabricated to customer supplied drawing. Scheduled shelves equal to or less than 8" (203) deep shall have standard 4" (102) high brackets and shelves in the depth range greater than 8" (203) to 12" (305) shall have 6" (152) high brackets. Consult factory for shelves deeper than 12" (305).
INSTALLATION
Unit is surface mounted on wall or partition using No 10 (M5) self-tapping screws or other appropriate fasteners (by others) through
holes provided in support brackets. Ensure that adequate in wall blocking or other reinforcement is provided (by others) to support shelf and intended loading weight. For compliance with ADA Accessibility Guidelines unit should be installed so that shelf top is between 48" (1219) maximum above finished floor (AFF) and 32" (813) minimum AFF. Typical for general utility is 42" (1067) AFF or 18" (457) above washbasin.
OPERATION
Shelf is stable and stationary after proper and secure mounting to adequate wall reinforcement or stud structure. Shelf is suitable for wet (self-contained) or dry materials storage.

SPECIFICATION
Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Soap Dish for dry wall mounting shall be formed of 20 gauge alloy 18-8 seamless deep drawn stainless steel, type 304. Exterior shall have polished bright finish. Retaining lip with rounded corners shall be welded to body and shall project 5/8" (16) from bezel. Optional mounting clamp shall be fabricated of 18 gauge corrosion protected steel with mounting holes for No 8-32-UNC-2A machine screws (by others). Water runoff path shall be provided as pattern of raised
dimples on soap shelf and shall prevent soap from slipping.

For Standard Recessed Mounting
Use two (2) No 8 stainless steel Philips flat or oval head self tapping or wood screws (by others) of suitable length to penetrate
blocking in back of RWO by approximately 1/2" (13). Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant (by others) behind flange. Tighten screws to hold flange tight against finished wall face. Wipe off excess sealant immediately.
Optional Method for Recessed Mounting
Order separate item Model No 40 dry wall clamp. Loosely attach clamp to the back of the unit with two (2) stainless steel Philips
flat or oval head No 8-32-UNC-2A machine screws (provided by others to suit wall conditions). Apply a continuous bead of
silicone sealant (by others) behind flange. Insert into RWO and adjust clamp so that it grips inside wall surface through opening. Secure accessory to clamp and wall by tightening screws. Wipe off excess sealant immediately.

SPECIFICATION
Rectangular Phenolic Fold –Up Shower Seat shall have all metal parts fabricated of 18-8 alloy type 304 stainless steel.
Seat frame and support legs shall be 1" diameter [Ø25] and 1-1/4" [32] square x 18 gauge [1.2] with 3/16" [4.8]
mounting flanges and 16 gauge [1.5] guide bracket/arm support. All exposed surfaces shall have satin finish. Seat

INSTALLATION
This unit is surface mounted. Installer/construction contractor must provide concealed anchor plate or blocking as
specified in construction documents or as required by local building codes prior to wall finishing. Fasten unit flanges
and guide bracket to concealed anchor or blocking plate with appropriate hardware. See "STRENGTH" section
below. Note that concealed mounting plates or anchors and hardware are not supplied with this product and must be
specified separately. Ensure that mounting configuration complies with local building codes. Waterproof all fasteners
during installation process.

STRENGTH
ASI Shower Seats are designed in standard sizes to meet and exceed 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and ANSI
A117.1 that fabricated product shall be of adequate strength to support a load of 250 lbs. (113.4 kg) and unit shall
conform to size and edge clearances as diagrammed. Non-standard sizes should be carefully evaluated for compliance.
Mounting to the wall is a critical part of the system to meet this requirement. To withstand the shear, tension or
pullout, and torsion loads generated by the maximum loading, the fastener system must be adequately sized. Unit will
carry a load of 500 lbs. (227 kg) if properly installed. The supporting wall must be adequately reinforced to carry the
rated load for the products lifetime.
MATERIALS
Tube: 18 gauge (.048" [1.22] thick) type 304 stainless steel, 1" [Ø25] dia. and 1-1/4" [32] square. Unitized all
welded construction. Exposed surfaces are satin finish. Edges and corners are radiused and burr free.
Flange: 3/16" [4.8] type 304 stainless steel. Exposed surfaces have satin finish. Edges and corners are radiused and
burr free.
Bracket: 16 gauge (.06" [1.52] thick) type 304 stainless steel. Exposed surfaces are satin finish. Edges and corners
are radiused and burr free.
Seat:
Solid Phenolic 5/16" x 14-5/8" x 18" [8 x 371 x 457]. Exposed surfaces have semi-gloss laminate white top
and bottom surfaces and shall have black edges. Corners are radiused, edges are champhered, and burr free.
Seat top shall have three [3] slots 1/4" wide x 12" long [6 x 305] for water drainage and user slip resistance.
Mounting hardware is stainless steel dome head carriage bolts with acorn nuts on bottom.
Spring: Stainless steel wire type 304 OD 27/32" [Ø21.6] coils x 2-1/4" body length [57.2] x .085" [Ø2.2] wire
diameter.
OPERATION
Fold-up Shower Seat requires only one hand operation to manually lower to horizontal position for use or raise for
departure and arrival. Guide bracket with spring detent prevents seat from dropping and provides positive support
in usage position as well as spring locked storage position.

SPECIFICATION
1-1/2" Diameter [Ø38] Grab Bar with Snap-On Flange Covers for concealed mounting shall be type 304 stainless
steel alloy 18-8. Tubing shall be 1-1/2" diameter [Ø38] x 18 gauge (0.048") [1.2]. Snap-on cover shall be 22 gauge

STRENGTH
ASI Grab Bars are designed to meet and exceed ADA requirements as published in CABO/ANSI A117.1 and
2010 ADA Accessibility Standards. Mounting to the wall is a critical part of the system to meet this requirement.

INSTALLATION
Use grab bar as template to mark mounting holes locations and pre-drill holes. Install bar using two (2) № 10
self-tapping pan head screws and flat washers (by others) or other fastener system (by others) to suit conditions for
each flange. Appropriate anchoring and backing must be provided in accordance with local building codes or as
specified on Architects Plans prior to wall finishing. For compliance with 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards,
install unit so that the top of the grab bar is 33" [840] minimum above finished floor (AFF) to 36" [915] maximum
AFF. Anchors are available from ASI and must be specified separately for each grab bar style scheduled (see 3900
series).

SPECIFICATION
Double Robe Hook shall be fabricated of stainless steel alloy 18-8, type 304. Post shall be 1/2" x 1" (13mm x 25mm) rectangular tubing with formed mounting flange and bracket welded on end. Bow plate shall be 14 gauge, 4" x 1" (102mm x 25mm) with radiused corners and internally welded to outer end. Mounting plate shall be included and shall be 18 gauge. A stainless steel setscrew shall be provided on bottom perimeter of flange to lock unit to mounting plate. Surface finish shall be bright or satin as chosen by option and indicated by code suffix.

Surface mount unit on door back or wall using No 10 self tapping screws (by others) through holes provided in mounting plate

SPECIFICATION
Partition Mounted Dual Access Sanitary Napkin Disposal shall hold 1.5 gal (5.7 L) of dry/solids waste. Doors, flanges, waste receptacle and cabinet shall be 22 gauge type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8. All exposed surfaces shall be satin finish and be pro-tected during shipment with PVC film easily removable after installation. Doors shall operate independently and shall be attached to cabinet with a full-length 3/16" diameter (Ø4.8) stainless steel multi-staked piano hinge and shall be spring loaded to hold in closed position. International graphic symbol for waste disposal label shall be adhered to doors. Structural assembly of body and door components shall be of welded construction. Face trim mounting flanges shall be of one piece construction 1" (25) wide with no welded miters and shall have square 1/4" (6) returns with an adjustability range for partition thickness of 1/2" (13) to 3" (76). Waste container shall be captured internally by full width Ζ-retainer and shall have fully hemmed-finger grip for safety and ser-vice removal from one side only.

INSTALLATION
Partition mount unit through precut partition cutout (PCO) using four (4) № 10 x 3/4" (M5 x 20) Philips flat head or oval head self tap-ping screws (supplied) per side (eight [8] total) through mounting holes provided through fixed mounting frame and adjustable mount-ing frame into suitably prepared partition (by others). Mountmount-ing holes are offset 1/2" (13) from opposite side frame holes for screw clearance. Note that cutout is 3/16" (Ø4.8) above cabinet door top and 13/16" (21) below mounting flange top edge. Mounting flanges adjust to accommodate partition thickness of 1/2" (13) minimum to 3" (76) maximum. For compliance with ADA Accessibility Guidelines and maximum usability install unit with top of disposal door 33" (864) MAX AFF and 24" (610) min AFF and 27" (686) to centerline of cutout from rear wall.
PCO Required is 11-3/8" W x 15-5/8" H x 1/2" to 3" Thick (289 x 397 x 13 to 76) OPERATION
Users push doors to deposit waste material. Doors are self-closing and operate independently and may be used simultaneously. Maintenance schedule determines waste removal cycle. Empty unit by removing bottom waste container and inverting over col-lection bag. Waste container is captured by internal angle to prevent inadvertent dumping. Safety-edged finger grip provides con-venient lift handle for service.

SPECIFICATION
Recessed Sanitary Napkin Disposal shall hold 1.5gal (5.7 liters) of dry solids. Upper door, waste container and cabinet frame shall be fabricated of alloy 18-8 stainless steel, type 304, 22 gauge. Structural assembly of body and door components shall be of welded construction. Upper door shall be hung on cabinet with a stainless steel spring hinge and have the international waste symbol on face. All exposed
surfaces shall have a No 4 satin finish and be protected during shipment with a PVC film that shall be easily removable after installation.
Face trim shall be of one piece construction 1" (25.4mm) wide with no welded miters and shall have square 1/4" (6.35mm) return to wall..
