This BASIC package includes basic control panel login instructions, a monthly subscription fee for your email hosting package and a once off annual renewal fee for your website domain hosting. Once you purchase a package that suits your business requirements, you will be allocated with login details for your website and email hosting.

STANDARD

This STANDARD package includes a setup fee, technical email advice, email account setup, email account configurations, call out fee and 1 hour labour. You will be charged accordingly for the time exceeded.

Methods of Payment

We accept the following forms of payments: Stop order, EFT, Cash and Cards. Please note a cheque payment shall levy a minimum bank fee of N$ 20.00. Refrain from paying by cheque to avoid unnecessary charges.

Please ensure that your subscriptions are paid on time to avoid account suspension and downfalls. You will be charged a reconnection fee of N$ 75.00 VAT INCL.

If a full year subscription is paid upfront we offer one month free and two months free for the Premium package. We highly recommend this option, as you will never experience problems with account suspensions and it dramatically decreases admin time.

Terms and Conditions

Our Technical Support Service is offered during office hours only.

Call us on 065 231 162 for email hosting support or send us an email to support@veni-tech.com and confirm telephonically if your mail has been received to avoid delays and downfalls, as we wish to keep your business running smoothly at all times.

Please note, a fee of N$ 120.00 VAT INCL will be levied as a call out fee should you require technical assistance on your premises. The above price is only valid in the area of Oshakati and Ongwediva, Please confirm your call out fees if you your area if outside the above mentioned areas before the call out service has been arranged.

An additional cost of N$ 295.00 per hour will be charged should the problem not relate to a Veni-Tech fault.

Please confirm that all possible mail problems are properly checked to avoid unnecessary cost.

We require full payment of setup fee, once off annual renewal website hosting fee for the basic package, the same applies to the other packages as per their descriptions before activation is done. Please send proof of payments to accounts@veni-tech.com to accelerate the process. You will be notified once the account is activated.

You will receive a monthly-automated personalised invoice for VAT claiming purposes. Your setup and activation process takes up to three working days upon receipt of payments, however because we value your business we try and have your account activated as soon as possible so that you can operate conveniently.

Website Design Terms:

All images and text content must be provided by the client. Images can be sourced by Veni-Tech at N$100 per image.
