IC Investment Holding AŞ signs a management agreement of IC Bomonti project with
Hilton Worldwide to open an upper upscale Hilton Hotel and Conference Center in Bomonti.
Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center is set to be the largest hotel under
development in the city by number of rooms and size of meeting space, providing Istanbul
with a world-class conference facility which will attract new international conference
business to the city.

The construction of the project has started in 2009 and

HOTEL DESIGN
The highly regarded hospitality designer, GA Design of London, will be charged with providing and delivering the vision and design of the hotel’s interior. The hotel also will be built according to Hilton standards. A number of boutique stores will also feature in the hotel as well as iconic destination food and beverage options including an all day dining restaurant, lobby bar and spectacular roof top bar - set to become a destination for locals and guests alike.
The project is located on a land where the historic 120 years old The Old Bomonti Brewery takes place, which gave its name to one of the most historic districts in Istanbul. With its unique design this industrial facility is one of a kind both in Istanbul and Europe.
The Old Bomonti Brewery was founded by Sweden Bomonti brothers and was the first brewery in Ottoman era with modern beer production techniques. The brewery was actively used by Tekel until the early 1990s.
