Leasehold Arrears Team Sheet

We collect residential leasehold service charges

and ground rent on a no-win, no-fee basis

99% success rate

In many cases, we will collect the service charges and/or ground rent and our fees direct from the leaseholder or their mortgagee within ten-twelve weeks. In some cases, it will take a little longer. We will not charge if we are not

successful and will only charge the amount we have recovered in fees from the leaseholder or mortgagee where we are successful.

Who’s the service for?

The service is available to anyone anywhere in England and Wales with responsibility for service charge and/ or ground rent collection, including owners of property

portfolios, management companies, managing agents, housing

associations, local authorities and house builders.

Subject only to a few restrictions (which are necessary to enable us to recover fees from the leaseholder or the mortgagee), the service relates to all service charge and ground rent arrears.

How will it be provided?

We will provide the service through a bespoke computerised case management system which ensures maximum efficiency. However, there will always be a “real person” to talk to. Clients are welcome to contact us for updates at any time. We can provide regular reports to suit individual client requirements.
