Oral communications

A plenary session is devoted to oral communications. Eight communications

will be selected among those received. All received abstracts will be published

on the Proceedings’ Book.

Language

The official conference language is English.

No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Badge

All registered participants, speakers and attendants will be given a badge which

they must wear to be admitted to the scientific sessions.

Slides

Slide must be in English. Computer videoprojection will be available. Other

requirements should be communicated to the Organizing Secretariat as soon as

possible. Slide should be handed to the slide center on floppy, cd-rom or pen

drive one hour before the beginning of the session and collected at the end.

Attendance certificate

A certificate will be given to all participants at the end of the conference.

According to art. 13, Legislative decree no. 196/2003, and in relation to the processing of personal data, Triumph Viaggi & Incentive S.r.l and Studio E.R. Congressi Srl inform you of the following:
