5. How do we protect personal data?

Your name and contact details should only be disclosed in the Registration Form, as the information provided in this form will not be visible to other users of the site. The information in the Job Sharing Profile will be
placed in the searchable database and will appear whenever matched searches are executed by other
members. Whatever information you choose to voluntarily disclose on publicly-viewable web pages, such as in the Job Sharing Profile, will be publicly available and can be collected and used by others. We cannot control who reads this information or what other users may do with the information you voluntarily post, so we encourage you to exercise appropriate discretion and caution. You will be able to communicate directly with another member on the website once you have both specifically agreed to this, and will thereafter be able to exchange personal information, such as your name and external contact details, should you so wish.
5.5 Employers who wish to post jobs that are available to job share applicants will also first be asked to complete a form to register with us (“Employer Registration Form”) and will then be able to post specific jobs by completing a job profile (“Job to Share Profile”). The information in the Employer Registration Form will not be visible to other users of the site. The information in the Job to Share Profile will be published on the relevant section of the site, will be publicly available and can be collected and used by others. We cannot control who reads this information or what other users may do with the information you voluntarily post, so we encourage you to exercise appropriate discretion and caution. Individuals who have registered and who are interested in a specific job posted will be able to communicate directly with you via the website once you have both specifically agreed to this.
6.1 We do not disclose any personal data to third parties except insofar as we say so below. 6.2. We may share your personal information, which may include your name and contact
information (including email address) with our authorized service providers that perform certain services on our behalf – for the purpose of their service only. These services may include fulfilling orders, providing customer service and marketing assistance, performing business and sales analysis, supporting our website functionality, and supporting other features offered through our website. These service providers may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes.
6.3 From time to time we may share your personal data with selected partners or third parties so that they can send you details of goods or services which may be of interest to you, including information about special offers or promotions. When you complete and post a Job Sharing Profile (individuals) or a Job to Share Profile (employers), the information will be placed in the searchable database and can therefore be accessed, used and stored by other users around the world. However, the information you disclose in the Registration Form will not be available to any other member or user. Once two members have specifically agreed they will be able to communicate with each other directly within the site and can then voluntarily chose to disclose any other information to each other.

6.6 We may (directly or through our partners) distribute, publish or broadcast the information you provide to us, email communications and search criteria to third parties including via email
newsletters, on third party websites or via any other distribution media including electronic media (such as email, SMS, MMS, WAP, Internet, CD-Rom or DVD-Rom), and audiovisual communications media (including press, radio, analogue television, digital television, cable or satellite). You have granted us a licence to do this by agreeing to our terms and conditions. If you no longer wish us or our partners to distribute, publish or broadcast such information, you can terminate your

8. Your choices about collection and use of your information
8.1 You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but that may result in you being unable to use certain features of our website.
8.2 At any time you can choose to no longer receive commercial or promotional emails from us by visiting the “My Account” page associated with your account. You also will be given the opportunity, in any commercial e-mail that we send to you, to opt out of receiving such messages in the future. It may take up to 10 days for us to process an opt-out request. We may send you other types of transactional and relationship e-mail communications, such as service announcements,
administrative notices, and surveys, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. Please note that changing information in your account, or otherwise opting out of receipt of promotional email communications will only affect future activities or communications from us. 9. How can you access and rectify personal data?
