Overview

Sirix Tablet is a HTML5 based platform which is available for use on most tablets, including iPads and Android devices. The platform can be accessed by typing in the website address on the smartphone’s internet browser. Sirix Tablet will use a Shared Wallet with the Metatrader4 platform, Sirix Web and Sirix Mobile and the user can be logged into all platforms

Logging into the platform

If you have not logged into the platform in the past, Sirix Tablet is automatically logged into “guest mode” by default. In order to login with your live or demo account, click on the down arrow button on the right and select login

Username: Trading account number Password: Account password

Remember Me: Allowing the system to remember the last login details so it will keep the user logged into the platform.

Server: Live or Demo account login. Login: Log into the platform

Home Screen:

The home screen is broken down into four sections: 1) Account status

2) Rates & Social 3) Charts & Orders 4) Portfolio and News Account Status

When logged in, the user is able to see their account status including: Open P/L, Equity, Margin, Free Margin, Margin Level,

the following two can be seen by scrolling the row to the left: Balance, Credit

Rates Tab

:

Favourites List: Shows list of all symbols chosen by you as your favourites.

Select a particular instrument on the left hand column and move it to the favourites list on the right side in order to add the instrument to your list.

In order to remove an instrument from the list, click on the rubbish bin icon. In order to search for a particular instrument the user can type in the beginning of the name into the search box.

Instrument list: The user can filter different instruments according to a security:

For more information on the particular instrument, click on the following symbol:

Social

: access to the Sirix Social Stream and manual trade copying.

Charts Tab

: View historical charts.

Open chart in a large window.

Change chart time frame. Choose between the following options:

Select different chart types: Candlesticks, Bar chart and Line chart. Select any point in the chart and see the following information:

Vertical line: date and time O: Open price

H: High price L: Low price C: Close price

Additionally, to see more historical information, scroll across to the left or right.

Order

-place a manual trade

i. Instrument: Choose an instrument from instruments list in the rates tab.

ii. Amount: Change the default amount by clicking on the up/down arrows or type in the required trade size.

***note that some instruments may have amount restrictions, and not all amounts may be traded.

iii. T/P & S/L: relevant for ‘instant execution’ orders only. The ability to place a T/P (Take Profit) and S/L (Stop Loss) and create a pending order that will be executed only when the requested rate is available in the market. In order to activate this feature, you must select the V at the left of the S/L or T/P.

Pending order

- Set up an entry order to be executed at a particular rate. “If done” conditions can also be placed in order to close the executed pending order at a predetermined profit or loss.

i. Instrument: Choose an instrument from instruments list in the rates tab ii. Type: Select your entry order type:

Buy Limit: Place a pending order to open a buy trade at a better rate than the current market rate. The rate must therefore be below the current market offer rate for a buy limit.

Sell Limit: Place a pending order to open a sell trade at a better rate than the current market rate. The rate must therefore be above the current market bid rate for a sell limit.

Buy Stop: Place a pending order to open a buy trade at a worse rate than the current market rate. The price must therefore be above the current market offer rate for a buy stop.

Sell Stop: Place a pending order to open a sell trade at a worse rate than the current market rate. The price must therefore be below the current market bid rate for a sell stop.

iii. Amount: Change the default amount by clicking on the up/down arrows or type in the required trade size.

***note that some instruments may have amount restrictions, and not all amounts may be traded.

iv. S/L & T/P: Relevant for both Instant and Market execution instruments.

The Stop Loss and Take Profit orders will take into effect only after the entry order has already been filled.

Instrument: Symbol name & MT4 trade ID number Action: The position direction and amount (in lots) Open Rate: Open price of trade

Open Time: Time that the trade opened – (MT server time) S/L: Stop loss rate

T/P: Take profit rate

Profit: Open profit or loss per position. Red refers to loss, green refers to profit Swap: Realised swap rate

Commissions: Round trip commission charged Close at: Presents the instrument’s current rate

Actions: Quickly edit or close an open position by clicking on the relevant icon

Edit the T/P or S/L rate: Close a trade:

:

Instrument - Symbol name & MT4 trade ID number Action: The position direction and amount (in lots) Open Rate - Open price of trade

Open Time - Time that the trade opened – (MT server time) Closed Rate – Trade’s closing rate

Closed Time - Time that the trade closed S/L: Stop loss rate

T/P: Take profit rate

Profit: Total Profit or loss. Red refers to loss, green refers to profit Swap: Realised swap in currency.

Commissions: Round trip commission charged when the trade was opened

At the bottom of the screen the trader can choose a time frame for closed positions:

Profit: displays profit from the time period selected on the left

Pending Tab

: Displays pending order

Instrument: Symbol name & MT4 trade ID number Action: The position direction and amount (in lots) Expiration time: Date of expiry of trade

Price: Desired entry price S/L: Stop loss rate T/P: Take profit rate

: News ticker (***note – not available on all platforms)

Filter between different topics such as Forex, Central Banks, Interest Rates, Financial, Commodities, Industry Buzz, Stock Market and Economic Indicators.
