Looking back on the past 12+ months, what resonates with me most is undoubtedly the passion, commitment, and unwavering support that our Athletic Association has experienced from contributors like yourself. We truly missed the full presence of the energy that we can always count on our fans and supporters to bring with them to their seats in Stegeman Coliseum – but that is precisely what makes the coming season so special.

This year is a new start. We get to rewrite the story of Georgia Basketball, one shot at a time. We are proud of where we came from, but as always – we are hungry, determined, and excited for the successful future of this program.

5 REFER A BULLDOG

The Georgia Bulldog Club calculates your priority point total based on cumulative giving towards UGA Athletics. Members are ranked in order based on cumulative priority point total for ticket opportunities including renewable season, single home and neutral-site games, and all postseason competitions (if Georgia participates). This includes the SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament and the NCAA Tournament. Additionally, MBF donors who contribute $1,250+ are eligible to receive a complimentary priority parking pass for home regular season games. In the event donors have the same priority point totals, tiebreakers are instituted by total 2021 MBF gift amount first and then by gift date, earliest to latest.

The Refer A Bulldog program is designed to reward current MBF donors for bringing new basketball supporters to The Georgia Bulldog Club.

When new donors are recruited, the existing donor will receive a one-time priority point referral bonus added to their cumulative priority points total. The number of points awarded will vary based on the size of the annual contribution.

How to Request Seat Relocation of Current Season Tickets

1. Make one or several contributions to the Men’s Basketball Fund (MBF) by the September 17, 2021 deadline, ensuring you meet or exceed the giving level required for access to your desired benefits and your per-seat

giving requirement of $150 per seat.

2. Submit your season ticket application and season ticket payment by the September 17, 2021 deadline via your online account. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR RELOCATION, YOU MUST SELECT “YES” when prompted on your online season ticket application indicating whether you would like to participate in the optional online seat selection process.

3. You will receive information via email after the season ticket application deadline (September 17, 2021) regarding how to participate in the optional online seat selection process, which will take place in late September, along with a selection appointment time. Please see page 7 for additional information.

In 2019, we implemented an interactive online Optional Seat Selection Process. This enables Men’s Basketball Fund donors who purchase men’s basketball season tickets with the opportunity to explore seat relocation via a web-based 3D map of Stegeman Coliseum, while also giving those who purchase new or additional season tickets the ability to personally select the location of these seats. All season ticket selections through this process will be based upon availability, your cumulative TGBC priority points total, and applicable MBF per-seat minimums being met.

All Men’s Basketball Fund donors, who are participating in the Optional Seat Selection Process, will be able to login to the website prior to the start of the process in order to familiarize yourself with the site while also identifying potential inventory options that might be available and of interest leading up to your appointment time. We strongly recommend that you login to the site prior to your selection appointment time in order to plan for your potential seat selection.

If I am participating to potentially relocate and/or add season tickets, am I required to move or add seat(s)?

No! If you login during your appointment time and do not see any desirable season ticket opportunities, you can exit the process or check out and maintain your seat locations from the 2019-20 season. If you previously paid for additional season tickets and do not wish to add any of the available seats, you can either receive a refund on the cost of the season tickets or have it applied towards your Men’s Basketball Fund giving level for 2022. Donations are non-refundable.

Do I have to participate in the seat selection process?

Should you wish to maintain the same seat location(s) and quantity of season tickets that you had for the 2019-20 season, you do not have to participate in the Optional Seat Selection Process. Important Note: The University of Georgia Athletic Association reserves the right to adjust seating locations to eliminate single seats in an effort to maximize seating capacity.

What are my options if I am unavailable for my appointment time?

If you are unavailable at the time of your appointment, you may either login after your allotted time or you may entrust your seat selection to an individual of your choosing. Should your designee need personal assistance over the phone, on in-person, you will need to notify The Georgia Bulldog Club in writing ahead of time whom you have given authorization to make your selection.

What happens if I miss my selection appointment time?

If you miss your time, you can login any time after your allotted time to make selections. Please note you will sacrifice your priority place in line if you miss your appointment time as others will be logging in for selection throughout the day.

Will there be multiple accounts selecting at the same time?

Yes, please be aware that others will also be in the selection site at the same time due to members with earlier appointment times potentially taking more time to make their selections.

Can I login prior to my appointment time to look at open inventory?

YES! We urge you to do so. You will receive a link to the Seat Selection website at the same time you receive your appointment time. You can login to the website at any point leading up to your selection. Please note you cannot make any selections, but you will able to see and track available inventory in real-time as it gets closer to your appointment.

Original seat locations from the 2019-20 season, before seating modifications were made due to social distancing, will be honored upon renewal. While it is impossible to forecast 2021-22 priority point cutoffs for priority seating opportunities throughout Stegeman Coliseum, the following is a breakdown of priority point thresholds that were established for new adjacent seat acquisitions for the 2019-20 season based on supply and demand. These figures are provided only as a point of reference, as past cutoffs are not necessarily indicative of future opportunities. Season ticket availability is subject to change from season to season and is determined after the current season ticket holder renewal process is complete (September 17, 2021).

Renovated in 2019, the Courtside Club opens 60 minutes prior to the start of the game and closes at the start of the second half. Enjoy a pre-game meal and access to a cash bar in Stegeman Coliseum’s premium hospitality area.

Richard B. Taylor Room

Purchase of season ticket(s) and minimum of $2,750 MBF gift required

The Richard B. Taylor Room opens 60 minutes prior to the start of the game and closes at tip-off. Stop by to enjoy food, refreshments, access to a cash bar, and camaraderie of other Bulldog Fans prior to tip-off.

The following charts outline the total number of basketball single home game and postseason tickets that donors may request based on your 2021 MBF contribution and/or your Magill Society commitment. Requirements are based on the limited number of tickets available for distribution and anticipated high demand.

Basketball postseason ticket locations are assigned based on cumulative TGBC priority points and availability, whereas the quantity of tickets that a donor can request is based on current MBF annual giving level and/or your Magill Society commitment. Since priority points were consolidated in 2018 to reflect one’s total involvement with The Georgia Bulldog Club, MBF donors who have men’s basketball season tickets will be given priority during the postseason ticket allocation process. Qualifying to request tickets does not guarantee assignment.
