TRACKER Insight’s core functionality is split into three categories:

TRACKER Insight captures Journey data using GPS and accelerometer capabilities. Data is transmitted via the mobile phone network to TRACKER using a private & secure infrastructure.

The level and type of data captured is determined by the hardware platform. TRACKER Insight supports multiple data capture platforms (Hydu100, Hydu200, and the Hydu300) to give flexibility depending on the preferred customer journey, functionality and data requirements.

All platforms share the same proven Data Analysis

Data from each journey is combined to produce:

A TRACKER Score showing driving style for that vehicle

Events including speeding and geofence alerts

The TRACKER Score has been constructed using our 20 years of telematics experience across many miles and vehicle types. It is recognised and accepted by a number of leading insurers. The score is customisable for your scheme requirements.

TRACKER Insight will also detect crash events to the vehicle and within seconds alerts TRACKER to this event – this allows us to alert appropriate 3rd parties as agreed.

TRACKER Insight’s core functionality is split into three categories:

TRACKER Insight provides feedback to individual drivers, fleet managers and to our clients.

Our clients requirements are often for bespoke management information reports that can be uploaded directly into their own analysis tools, and/or for the access to the Journey data itself so that further risk analysis work can be undertaken. Both of these options are supported and proven.

Your scheme may require bespoke driver feedback ranging from; • No regular driver feedback

but only upon exceptions • Summary email pushed out

at regular intervals or upon events being detected • Web portal via any browser

- Driving Record, - TRACKER Score, - Journey Summary list

• Web Portal and smartphone enabled access

- Driving Record - TRACKER Score

- Journey Summary List, via MyPlaces - Connected Car functionality

How can TRACKER Insight detect crashes?

6

TRACKER has developed technology to detect g force impacts to vehicles, and proven this through actual crash detection studies at MIRA, the well respected Motor Industry Research Association.

Following such a detection TRACKER offers support by;

Ifa high risk injury crash detected then TRACKER will attempt to make contact with the named contact, and if no contact established will contact the emergency services. In all cases including low and medium injury incidents TRACKER will send a report

to the appointed claim handlers, followed shortly after by a full crash report.

This detection is available across the TRACKER Insight product irrespective of which customer journey is selected.

How can TRACKER Insight

support commercial risks?

Our fleet management software uses the same customer journey to operate TRACKER Evo our entry level fleet management capability providing the following rich functionality for everyday fleet requirements.

• Journey & Mapping • Journey Playback • Vehicle Utilisation • Messaging • Alerts

• Save & Schedule • Fleet Manager access

• Driving Style (via TRACKER Score) • Crash Detection

This allows you to approach your fleet clients with the same connected offering as private cars, with the drivers

benefiting from the same functionality. TRACKER can also support upgrades to camera enabled fleets through a wide range of alternative solutions depending upon the fleets specific requirements.

TRACKER is a leading fleet management provider with multiple SME and corporate clients. Fleet management investments are often aimed at fuel efficiency and vehicle utilisation benefits

but increasingly obtaining further returns on these investments via insurance premium savings is an objective of these clients.
