On-Site Services
To ensure that contractors, consultants and end-users alike, get the most from our air conditioning,
Mitsubishi Electric provide a host of on-site services. Ranging from commissioning to fault-finding,
we aim to increase the life expectancy of our systems whilst helping to minimise maintenance
and running costs.
In summary, our qualified engineers will provide Commissioning Assistance, Trouble-Shooting
or even perform regular Diagnostic Health Checks to ensure optimum performance.
Commissioning
Firstly, the installed system is thoroughly inspected and appraised. The system is then checked against design drawings and to ensure maximum efficiency, we make sure that pipe runs don’t exceed the recommended lengths. We then confirm whether or not the system is operating within its design parameters and validate any warranties (all ‘grouped 'equipment will be considered to have been correctly addressed from the outset). All on-site equipment is then added to our database where a constant record will be kept of any activities between the site and Mitsubishi Electric. On completion, we will provide a Commissioning Log Book with an accurate operating record of the working system. At this stage we will make any relevant recommendations to correct any performance-related problems that may have been found during commissioning. In using the professional commissioning service Mitsubishi Electric have to offer, system operation, performance and energy efficiency will be maximised.
We now issue all Mitsubishi Electric Partners with our state-of-the-art, high tech mobile commissioning log books which improve and maintain standards, increase the reliability of information and help safeguard the environment.
Trouble-Shooting
The need for efficiency has never been greater. Companies everywhere are under increased pressure to improve performance whilst reducing costs. More and more legislation is being introduced and the constant drive to be energy efficient affects us all. As market leaders we take our responsibility seriously and that’s why we provide such an extensive technical service.
As well as offering Commissioning assistance, we are happy to provide an invaluable Trouble-Shooting service for our customers. This preventative maintenance service helps to provide maximum efficiency, whilst keeping operating and maintenance costs to an absolute minimum.
Our comprehensive service includes site inspections and assessments to whatever degree necessary and is always supported by a written report. Available on a daily rate basis, our highly trained technical engineers use the latest diagnostic equipment, and industry-specific tools. They work quickly and efficiently to identify and eliminate any problems within the system.
Technical support from Mitsubishi Electric doesn t simply end as soon as your system is deemed to be operating at the expected levels. The increased importance of a building s heating and cooling efficiency and the need to be cost conscious, is easily addressed with good, regular maintenance and system health checks.
