CANCELLATIONS
A cancellation fee of 50% of the course cost applies plus $50 administration fee if cancellation is made within 3 days of a booked course date and the full course fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. All cancellations are to be made in writing and either faxed or emailed to the STQ office. Any changes to this booking are to be made in writing to STQ two weeks prior to course starting date and must be authorised by STQ beforehand.
