The Trade Show is held at the Sheraton Red Deer Hotel and is always a huge success.

Take advantage of:

Unlimited opportunities for bringing large equipment into the Sheraton Hotel’s

Exhibition Hall (trucks, equipment, fall protection demonstrations, etc).



Excellent company exposure, the Wednesday delegate luncheon and exhibitor

reception will both be held in the Exhibition Hall along with the Trade Show.



One 8’ or one 6’ table, back and side curtains, table skirting, power and chair

are all included in our great booth fee.

The Trade Show traditionally sells out so register soon.

To register for the RUSA / AMHSA / ACSC Conference Trade Show, complete the attached form and submit it along with your payment, as soon as possible. Last year 215 delegates attend the event and the 75 booth trade show sold out.

Delegates attending are employed by cities, municipal districts, counties, towns and villages who are involved in the occupational health and safety field, utilities operations (water, sewer, natural gas distribution system maintenance and operation), as well as those involved in environmental

management, public works and landfill operations. The conference is co-hosted by the Rural Utilities Safety Association (RUSA), the Alberta Cities Safety Council (ACSC) and the Alberta Municipal Health and Safety Association (AMHSA).

The booth registration fee includes the booth space, power, table, skirting, chairs, back and side curtains, plus sponsorship of the luncheon, afternoon break and the exhibitor’s reception, all held in the Exhibition Hall. The booth price also includes one admission to the conference luncheon scheduled on the

Wednesday.

NEW TRADE SHOW FORMAT DETAILS: Wednesday, December 3, 2014

 7:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. – SET-UP - in the Sheraton Red Deer Hotel’s Exhibition Hall.

 11:30 a.m. – TRADE SHOW OPENS.

 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. – LUNCHEON - served in the Exhibition Hall beside the display area.  2:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – BREAK - coffee and juice served in the display area.

 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. – EXHIBITOR RECEPTION - Hot h’orderves served in Exhibition Hall display area, sponsored by the exhibitors.

 6:15 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. – DRAW PRIZES - Exhibitor and RUSA draws in display area.  6:30 p.m. – TEAR-DOWN - Exhibitors remove displays

BOOTHS WILL BE RESERVED AS WE RECEIVE PAYMENT FOR THE BOOTH SPACE (only 75 booth spaces are available)
