• Customer self-service URL can be posted on the merchants website or emailed to their customer - allows customer to create their own label.

• The Call Center URL allows the agent to input customer information & generate a PDF image of label

The merchant has the option to use their own website to ‘call’ Web Tools (API) or USPS Merchant Return Label Tool (API) in order for the consumer to create labels

• Merchants can keep the same ‘look and feel’ on their website while still allowing the

consumer to create labels using the returns tool

• An API is available for both Merchandise Return Service & USPS Return Services
