Prosci 3 day Change Practitioner (Certification) Program
For employees responsible for managing change, this program equips to develop scaled change management strategies and plans for projects and initiatives. Practitioners receive access to Prosci’s tools templates and an extensive learning portal. This is a globally accepted qualification and critical in the change manager’s development.
Sponsor Program
For executives and senior leaders that sponsor change, this program equips participants to effectively lead change and strategically position their projects for success.
Coaching Program
For managers and supervisors who need to coach their employees through change, this program equips participants to assess their team and create action plans to lead them through current and future change.
Employee Program
For front-line employees impacted by change in your organisation, participants are equipped with a common language for change that they can use for current and future changes.
Delivering Project Results
This is Prosci’s new offering aimed at project teams and those who work on them. It speaks change in the project manager’s language and is a critical “must do” workshop before all major projects.

Objective:
Successful change relies on the acceptance and
engagement of all your employees, one individual at a time.
The introduction to change course will be based around Prosci’s “Change Management Orientation” which in turn is based on the Employee’s Survival Guide to Change and the ADKAR® Model to help employees understand and engage in the change process. Participants will gain a feeling of control over the change process, learn the concepts of change management, understand how to use the ADKAR model as a change tool and engage in the changes currently underway within their organisation.
