BEFORE YOU APPLY

Thank you for your interest in our job openings at Analytic Services, Inc. If you are being considered for an open position, you will be contacted by the recruiting department.

APPLICATION STEPS

iRecruitment is the system used by Analytic Services to list jobs, gather application information and hire employees. In order to apply for a job at Analytic Services, Inc., you must apply through iRecruitment.

Please take note of our web browser requirements.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR iRECRUITMENT

Never been an Analytic Services employee? Follow these instructions:

If you have never registered for an Analytic Services iRecruitment account:

1. Have a personal e-mail account ready.

If you do not have an email account, you can create one for free through various services like yahoo or gmail or msn *

Register for iRecruitment 4. Apply for the job

5. Complete the My Account information on the Home tab

If you have previously registered for an Analytic Service iRecruitment account:

Your username is the e-mail address you used to register

Log-in to iRecruitment

4. Validate the My Account information is current on the Home tab

Not sure if you’ve previously registered with a specific e-mail address?

If you are not sure whether you have previously registered a specific e-mail address in iRecruitment with Analytic Services, simply use the Did you forget you password link to submit a password request.

If you have previously registered with that email address, you will receive a password reset email from Analytic Services (be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder).

If you haven’t registered with that e-mail address, you will see something like this: ‘Your e-mail address does not match our records.’

3 Current Analytic Services employee?** Follow these instructions.

Employees are able to search and apply on-line internally for a job. They can do so through Oracle iRecruitment, as each employee is provided an Analytic Services Inc. Employee Candidate link in Oracle.

Employees will log on to Oracle, select the link, search and apply internally for a job.

Note: please remember to follow the Internal Opening Application Procedure when applying internally for a vacancy posting.

Due to the large number of applications we receive, we are unable to personally provide individual status checks.

* Analytic Services does not endorse any specific e-mail service. The sites mentioned are merely representative of free email accounts available to applicants.

* *Analytic Services employees receive a paycheck from Analytic Services, as opposed to contractors who receive a paycheck from another company.

TIPS FOR APPLICANTS

You can review the status of all your applications by WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION?

logging into iRecruitment and reviewing the home page under the header ‘Jobs Applied For’. You may need to click ‘Full List’ if you have applied for many jobs. Due to the large number of applications we receive, we are unable to verify the status of individual applications.

Listed below are the definitions of the Applicant Status column meanings:

Active Application – your application was successfully submitted, but no action has been taken on it yet. You are still under consideration for the job.

Phone Screen – if the recruiter feels you have the necessary skill set, this will be the initial contact from Analytic Services.

Sent to Manager for Review – your application has been forwarded to the hiring manager for review.

Terminate Application – other candidates’ qualifications appear to be a better fit for this position.

First Interview – the first interview is scheduled.

Second Interview – the second interview is scheduled.

Offer in Process – an offer packet is being routed with appropriate approvals within Analytic Services.

Offer Extended – an offer has been extended to you for this vacancy.

4 If you no longer see a specific vacancy listed on your ‘Jobs Applied For’ page, be sure to click ‘Full List’ to be certain, the vacancy may have been cancelled. Analytic Services will not hire for that vacancy at this time.

Analytic Services has many hiring managers managing many applicants and their data. Because of the volume, we do not supply hiring manager contact information to applicants. This applies to specific jobs as well as requests for informational interviews or visits from out-of-state applicants. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

CAN I CONTACT THE HIRING MANAGER DIRECTLY?

Each job listing with our recruiting system has an ‘Apply Now’ link, therefore we are only able to accept your application on-line. All jobs at Analytic Services require an on-line application via the recruiting tool.

CAN I EMAIL A RESUME / COVER LETTER?

We strongly suggest that you have your personal information, resume and cover letter in our recruiting system before you apply for a job. Many of our jobs have a closing date, which means that the hiring manager may review your application at any time. If they see an application without completed information or missing the resume, your application might get rejected for being incomplete. Also note that our jobs can close at any time, so act quickly once you see a job which interests you.

Troubleshooting Tips

On the iRecruitment Visitor Home Page, there is a ‘TIP – Did you forget your password?’ link I FORGOT MY PASSWORD

Employment and education history stores in the order it was entered. However, when the recruiting or hiring manager reviews applications, the history is automatically sorted in chronological order. You do not need to be concerned about this.

WHY WHEN I ENTER MY EMPLOYMENT HISTORY OR EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, IT DOES NOT APPEAR IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER?

This typically happens when the person uploads their resume and the data is parsed into the application incorrectly or data manually entered is missing dates. Review to ensure all job records have a Start and End Date and all education information has a Start and End date.

I’M GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE, “ THE START AND END DATES FOR THE QUALIFICATIONS ARE OUTSIDE OF THE START AND END DATES OF THE ESTABLISHMENT ATTENDANCE”

If you receive the following error: ‘You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.’

I'M GETTING AN “ERROR PAGE” MESSAGE WHAT DO I DO?

5 This could be a number of things: the URL is temporarily unavailable, try deleting the cookies from your browser and logging in again. If those do not fix the issue, log off and shut down your computer, then try logging in again.

WEB BROWSER COMPATIBILITY

UNSUPPORTED WEB BROWSERS MAY GENERATE ERRORS WITH OUR RECRUITMENT JOB SITE.

Examples of errors may include:

• When creating an account, no response from the application when the Submit button is clicked

• When resetting a password there is no response from the application when the Login button is clicked

• An error message: “Your account has not been set up properly. Please contact the site administrator informing them that your login is not associated with a person.”
