Supplement charge will be automatically applied upon payment for late night or early morning services before 08:00AM or ending after 19:00PM.
Maximum waiting time of the vehicle at the airport is 1 hour and 30 minutes. After this strech of time, no refund will be given, also not for delayed flights. Departure pick up will be at main lobby, ground floor, concierge area. Please be ready about 10 mins prior to pick up time.
Price(s) for transfer(s) between the airport and any hotel on Hong Kong Island is inclusive of one way tunnel toll for Cross Harbour Tunnel between Hung Hom in Kowloon & Causeway Bay on Hong Kong Island.
Cancellations & modifications of all sorts will be accepted until five (5) working days before the arrival or departure transfer date. In case of a cancellation a fee of HKD 450,- will apply. Refund will be done via the same payment method.
Cancellations & modifications of all sorts received less than five (5) working days before the arrival or departure transfer date will be not refunded. Name changes are accepted without restrictions and without charges, however need to be communicated in writing to Pacific World Hong Kong 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival/departure pick up time.
Any bookings received less than THREE DAYS (72 hours) prior to your arrival date will not be accepted online anymore. Please send us an email at intatransfers@pacificworld.com and we will give you an answer within 24 hours.
Please print your confirmation arrival and/or departure transfer confirmation file and show it to the driver.
If you need any urgent assistance on airport transfers, , please contact our Pacific World office at (+852) 2370 1888 (during office hours Mon-Fri from 09:00AM to 18:00PM, Hong Kong time). ALL CANCELLATIONS shall be communicated to Pacific World Hong Kong in writing via email at
the following address: intatransfers@pacificworld.com or by fax on (+852) 2370 1777. Cancellations will be confirmed within 24 hours after reception. Penalties will apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.
