MPI 1005 Supercast films provide improved conformability along with easy application and long-term removability. Combined with Avery DOL films, you’ll achieve great printability and colours that pop. We stock Avery MPI 1005 Supercast Easy Apply RS™ with LTR (long-term removable) technologies to meet most vehicle, fleet graphic or

architectural application needs.

Easy Apply RS™ – Facilitates the positioning of the film as it ‘stands-off’ the adhesive from the surface until pressure is applied. This makes applications easier, as the film can be slid into the correct position, reduces application time and thus lowers overall job costs.

LTR – Long-term removability is a proprietary technology that enables the film to be removed cleanly for up to five years. Our Ariva pressure sensitive laminate is a high quality yet economically priced clear vinyl. Designed for abrasion, moisture and UV light resistance, the solvent-based adhesive is designed for maximum strength and fast wet-out. Available in a gloss or matte finish, our over-laminates can be printed with solvent inks. Life expectancy: Indoor 3 yr./outdoor 6-12 months. If you prefer ‘branded’ laminates, we offer both MACtac Permacolor LUV and Avery DOL 3000 series over-laminates. WALL GRAPHICS - SOLVENT/ECO

WallNOODLE and ROODLE are both 6.0mil matte white, semi rigid calendared PVC films designed for UV screen, solvent-based inkjet and offset printing. WallNOODLE is coated on one side with a repositionable removable acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive while ROODLE has a removable adhesive. Both are supplied with a

90# P.E. coated kraft liner.

Printing right to the edge is not recommended with WallNOODLE. If the application calls for complete edge-to-edge coverage, ROODLE is the only choice. WallNOODLE is designed for short-term (6 months to one year) indoor wall graphics on smooth, flat surfaces. ROODLE can be used outdoors and has a life expectancy of 3 years and can be easily removed up to 2 years

The Permacolor LUV over-laminating films are a family of intermediate pressure sensitive adhesive, clear over-laminating films that are available in a variety of surface finishes. These films can be laminated to photographic prints, transparencies and digital images including UV inkjet, solvent/eco solvent inkjet and water-based inkjet prints for protection from abrasion, moisture and other potentially damaging effects in both indoor and outdoor environments. Coated on one side with a clear acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive with an easily removed ultra smooth 46# CCK liner. Also helps protect from colour fade caused by ultra violet (UV) light exposure.
