Email Support: help@datadirector.com • (877)993-2633 • www.RiversidePublishing.com Finding an Assessment There are several ways to locate an assessment in DataDirector™. The top-half of the Find Assessments   Page is a form for selecting filters to search for assessments. The filters visible vary slightly dependent upon  whether you are in folder view or list view. If you are in List View, a list of assessments matching your criteria  will be displayed. If you are in Folder View, a list of assessments matching your criteria will be displayed in the  appropriate folder.   If the assessments list does not contain the assessment you are searching for, try deselecting filters.      Important notes about searching for an assessment:  Search filters are retained for as long as you remain logged in to the same site/group. Even if you navigate  away from Assessments and return to the Find Assessments page, the previously selected filters remain in  effect. If you are not able to find an assessment, ensure that the appropriate filters are selected before  repeating your search.   For example: You selected filters in folder view and then switched to list view (or vice versa), the filters  selected will remain in effect unless unselected before or after switching views. You navigated away from the  Assessments page to Reports and then returned to Assessments during the same session, the previously  selected filters will still be in effect.
