Background
The company was incorporated with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, Bangladesh on August 2010 [No: C-86626/10]. Operation of Amravi Limited started from December 2010. Per Einar Myklebust, Managing Director of Amravi Limited has previous working experience in Dhaka. His assignment became a success by focusing on company culture and improving processes. Based on his successful mission in Bangladesh he, along with two other Norwegian national decided to start a new company in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Norwegian team brings experience on business and technology management from other Norwegian software and consulting companies.

Per Einar Myklebust
In August 2010 Per Einar Myklebust co-founded Amravi Limited. The history behind this is 10 years of experience in the IT-industry. He started working as a developer/programmer for the first few years of his career, before he got interested in Scrum and worked as Scrum Master for several years. Per was posted in Dhaka, Bangladesh from January 2009 to March 2010, to build up and improve processes of another Norwegian outsourcing company.
Per Einar has extensive experience on working as Operational R&D Manager. Based on the experience Per got by building a successful company in Dhaka he decided to start Amravi Limited to offer similar services to the clients.
Per Einar has special interest and experience on Agile processes, Offshoring/Outsourcing, project management, multicultural teams and HR.

Morten Krogh-Moe
Morten has extensive experience drawn from the IT sector as consultant/project manager/ KAM/ manager with Scandinavian consultancies/software companies handling large accounts. Over this period he has primarily developed business critical internet portals for customers and worked extensively with national and international newspaper companies. Throughout Morten’s career he has also worked extensively with offshore teams.
Morten Krogh-Moe has expertise and interest on Business development and sales, Project management, Offshoring, Internet portals (Communication and Business Concepts and solutions implementation), Knowledge management, Public Relations, Change management and process reengineering, Balanced scorecard methodology.
Morten is a Co-founder of Amravi Limited and he is leading the sales team in Norway.
Mohammad Golam Kabir
After graduating from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) Kabir started his career as a Software Engineer. After six years of core software development experience he moved to Grameenphone as a Manager in Information Technology division. Kabir also worked in United States as Programmer Analyst for two years.
Kabir joined Amravi Limited as Chief Operating Officer on December 2010.

Office Space
Amravi limited has over 3500 square feet of well decorated Air conditioned office space. There is a very good sound proof room suitable for video conference having state of the art tools and technology.
Power Backup
With 2 KVA online UPS backed up by 20 KVA diesel generator installed in Amravi parking place gives continuous power supply to the office.
Internet Connection
Internet connection is vital for continuous communication with the overseas clients. Amravi Limited uses dedicated, good bandwidth internet connection for uninterrupted and smooth communication including video conference.
Video Conference
Communication is crucial in case of outsourcing. Amravi management has taken every possible step to make the communication smooth. Video conference is one of the mechanism Amravi employees use to communicate with clients and management personnel abroad.
Servers & Laptops
Applications and code repositories are hosted on DELL Poweredge servers. Gateway and these servers are always up and running so that clients can access/view their application, progress of the development always.
All the engineers at Amravi use high end Laptops along with additional large LCD monitors and keyboard.

Amravi Limited has a sales office at Oslo, Norway. Oslo office is responsible for sales and marketing activities, client communication etc.

In mid-December 2010 Varnish Software decided to extend their organization with a scrum team from Amravi Limited in Bangladesh. The first of February 2011 the team was operational.

Siteman
Siteman AS is a web development company established in Mjøndalen 2003. They develop websites and web applications based on the Siteman CMS. Siteman provide both simple and sophisticated solutions that are tailored to each customer. They have worked with over 400 customers in more than 500 projects during their eight-year history.
Siteman’s team at Cefalo will contribute on product development on the Siteman CMS, and also assist in delivering projects to customers.
Halogen
Halogen is Amravi’s partner on usability and development of user interfaces. Halogen is a leading human machine interaction (HMI) consultancy in Norway. Halogen is also a leading consultancy in digital marketing, process management and project management.
Vizrt
Vizrt and Amravi have entered into a partnership. The main focus of the partnership will be around Vizrt Online’s Escenic platform. Amravi will get priority support from Vizrt when needed and Vizrt will offer Amravi’s services to their clients when relevant
