ABOUT SWARG COMMUNITY CARE (SCC)

"Healthcare with human touch" is the central theme at SCC. In small words, SCC is a residence for rehabilitation & 24/7 Care with excellent in-house facilities. “SCC” is an independent organization which helps community, for fast and happy recovery of its guardian. We are located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. Founded in 2012, today it is one of the healthiest and happiest places in Gujarat with multiple beds & rooms capacity.

Care facility for bed ridden is a very unique care model which will help family members to provide a healthy option to keep their bed ridden family member. Here we intend to recover our care recipients from their fragile bed ridden condition towards an independency.

"SCC" serves array of residents including domestic patients from Gujarat & neighbouring states, VIP’s including people from rich business class and Government employees, many expatriates and international residents who lives in AUSTRALIA, UK, USA, and CANADA and nearby countries also come for the rehabilitation. SCC is having 24/7 professionally managed support staff which includes, Registered Nurses, Personal care assistants, Physiotherapists, Doctors on call, Psychotherapists, Administrators, Accountant, Yoga, Professional Chef, Massage Therapist, Supervisors & House keepers.

Nurse Calling System: The facility has highly advanced including in nurse/attendant calling and monitoring systems.

Accommodation: We offer a range of accommodation for every budget including General, Twin Rooms and Special Twin Rooms with En-suite Bathrooms and Special Rooms with air condition and attached En-suite bathrooms. Our shared accommodation has an En-suite bathrooms and high-quality privacy partitioning.

Friendly & Caring Staff 24/7: Specialised nursing and care staff are available at all times to attend to all your care and personal needs. Comprehensive activities program & activities are organised throughout the day for residents to participate in if they choose.

Following the Prime Diet philosophy, our professional hospitality team prepares well balanced, healthy and appetising meals. Special dietary needs are easily accommodated.

SCC ADMISSION GUIDELINE:

5 easy steps to get an admission at Swarg Community Care 1. Enquiry on phone

2. Assessing your eligibility 3. Selecting a suitable bed 4. Apply for an admission 5. Placement to the bed SCC POLICY:

1. Price is inclusive of (a) Room Charge (b) Nursing Care (c) Food (d) therapies (e) Doctor’s visit. Price does not include (a) Medication (b) Surgical tools e.g. Urine bag & Catheter, Ryle’s tube, Tracheotomy, Diapers etc. (c) Lab test.

2. Refund of admission payment will not be made in case of cancellation of booking, delayed booking of staying lesser days them confirmation.

3. Provisional booking can be done on the telephone, but it would be confirmed only on receipt of the booking deposit of Rs. 10,000 and monthly payment for the room.

4. Extra charges will apply for special meal, dry fruits, juice, cereal and corn flakes etc.

5. Invoices are prepared on 1st of every month. Therefore, all the dues are required to be settled within 5 days of notification period. If payment is not received within 5 days of the due date then 10% extra charge will apply per day rate.

6. Swarg Community Care is not allowing any homemade food. Fruits and juices are welcomed. It is for the sake of betterment of your loved one.

7. Visiting hours are 4:00pm to 6:00pm, kindly strictly following the timings laid down by administration.

8. Mode of payment (a) Cash (b) Cheque would be made on “swarg community care” (c) Online transfer.

WHAT TO BRING DURING ADMISSION:

1. All residences are required to bring all their personal essential items such as tooth brush and paste, bath soap, napkin, towel, warm clothes in winter, a shawl or a bed sheet and track suit, slipper, all old and current medical and laboratory reports and current medicines. 2. Please do not bring your valuable items such as jewelleries, camera, laptop and mobile

phone. Swarg Community Care is not responsible if any items will lost during stay at facility.

As I visit Swarg’s site, I observe the dedication and commitment of staff as they deliver services.
