Lauren & Chase Design Group’s design process begins with an in-depth study of each project’s budget, function and aesthetics. We then build a rationale of ideas, a program of needs and goals, and a carefully constructed space plan and collage of materials that are appropriate and dynamic.

MArKEtABILItY
In these economic times, it is important for properties to remain competitive in the marketplace. Sales are often made or lost on the first impression projected from the lobbies and hallways – even before potential buyers see the apartment. This is why your building’s entry vestibule, lobby,
hallways – even the building’s exterior façade – play an important role to prospective buyers, real estate agents and the ultimate marketability of your building. Perhaps even more important, these areas impact the quality of life for you and your fellow residents.
CoMMItMENt to ExCELLENCE
From start to finish Lauren & Chase executes and manages each stage of the process, including:
• Site analysis and space planning • Design conceptualization,
schematics and development
• Specification and/or custom design of
furnishings, lighting, finishes and more
• Preparation of plans, elevations
and construction drawings
• 3-D computer renderings clearly
illustrating the design intent
• Bid documents and negotiation with
bidders on the client’s behalf
• Bid analysis
• Value engineering and estimating • Assistance with purchasing and
timely procurement of goods
• Mock up areas for final client
approval prior to construction
• On-site construction management • Careful review of consultant
and contractor drawings,
samples and invoices for approval
• Coordination with architects
and specialty consultants
• Post-construction review
