Is this a private or shared Cloud? We only provide a Private Hosted Cloud Server, technically configured as a VLAN.
How long does it take to setup a server? 3 to 5 days (up to 72 hours to spin up your server and configure QlikView, and up to 48 hours to implement VPN connectivity).
Can I upgrade or downgrade my Windows® Server configuration?
Yes, by written request. We will require a 2 day notice and apply a one-time setup fee.
What is the contract term? Month to Month, 3 months minimum, with a 30 day written cancellation.
Do I need offsite backup? The environment and service levels are such that an offsite backup is not required. Based on your corporate policies for disaster-recovery, several options are available.
Is the Windows® Server virtual or physical? The Windows® Server is a virtual machine (VM) striped across multiple physical servers.
Can I order different types of servers or workstations?
Yes, you can order virtually any configuration of Windows® Server or workstations including Server, SharePoint® Server, and Office® workstations. Pricing available upon request.
Can I open my Windows® Server to be accessed from the Web and not through the VPN?
Yes, we can open port 8080 in the firewall and allow access to your QlikView Server AcessPoint with AD. Does your private hosted QlikView server
include any QlikView licenses?
Licenses are purchased separately through a QlikView Representative or Partner.

- infrastructure to configure the firewall PTP VPN (1 hour)
