Where can I

register?

To have access to Cellphone Banking you first need to register using one of the following channels:

• Visit any FNB Branch

• Logon to FNB Online Banking at www.fnbzambia.co.zm

At the FNB Branch the consultant will talk you through the registration process and ask you to select a MOPIN on your cellphone. If you don´t have your cellphone with you, you will get an SMS message reminding you to select your MOPIN within four days (96 hours). The SMS message will tell you how to do this.

Once you have dialed *130*321#, you will be asked to choose a five-digit MOPIN, and then confirm it.

Is Cellphone Banking safe?

Cellphone Banking from FNB provides you with several security features which ensures your peace of mind:

• You are automatically registered for inContact - a messaging service that notifies you via SMS and/or email alert when K40 000,01 moves in or out of your account.

• Only the cellphone number registered for Cellphone Banking from FNB can access the Cellphone Banking service.

• If your cellphone is lost or stolen, simply call the Cellphone Banking Helpline on 0211 366 800 to put a hold on your Cellphone Banking service.

• Daily limits apply and can be maintained by you. How do I buy airtime if I have run out of airtime? By simply dialing *103*321# on your cellphone and following the simple instructions. This can only be used for Cellphone Banking for individuals.

How much prepaid airtime can I purchase?

You are able to top-up your airtime for any amount, provided that the airtime top-up is within the minimum and maximum prepaid airtime values sold by the service provider without exceeding your prepaid daily limit, i.e. Zain between K200 and K450,000.

Are there any special requirements I need before I start using Cellphone Banking from FNB? No, anyone with any cellphone can start banking simply by dialling *130*321# and following the prompts. There are no special SIM card requirements, no complicated downloads and no changes to your phone settings required.

Can I register more than one cellphone on my account or more than one account?

No. For your security you can only register one cellphone number to one of your FNB Accounts - your primary account.

Set daily transaction limits:

K450,000 daily limit for prepaid airtime purchases K45,000,000 daily limit for inter-account transfers between your own FNB accounts

K4,500,000 daily limit for third party payments to anyone or any account
