With GP, you can send out printed matter, product samples or an insert of your own. You can place your product with the entire print run, or just select a specific geographical region to cover. This is a very competitive alternative to unaddressed direct mailing.
Moreover, your insert will go out to people in the mornings together with their copies of GP. If you like, we can help you out with producing and printing your insert/printed matter as well.

If you want to be the only company to offer an insert in the news-paper, a supplement of 40% of the price will be added. NOTE: This option is available on bookings of 200 000 copies or more.
If your inserts are delivered incorrectly, we will un for tunately be forced to charge you extra to cover the increase in our costs. To avoid this, please see our separate ”Policy and delivery terms”.
Sampling: for distribution of product samples, etc., send a dummy to our inserts manager for review and a quotation.
Minimum paper weight
For your insert to be included in newspapers automatically, it is important to make sure the paper is not too flimsy.
Therefore, please follow our recommendations below as regards minimum paper weights.
Format
Single sheet no larger than A4.
Mini format: approx. 110 mm × 210 mm. Max. format: tabloid 280 mm × 397 mm.
Cancellation information
To cancel an insert, the following conditions apply: 30 days before the insertion date for customer magazines and 14 days before the insertion date for other inserts. 1) Single sheet no larger than A4.

Delivery address
Deliver the inserts on pallets in the standard format 80 × 120 cm. Place each layer so that the piles are about 10 cm high, with at least 50 units facing the same way. If your insert weighs more than 80 grams, contact our manager on +46 (0) 31 62 43 31. Use a pallet lid when strapping. If possible, avoid bundling your inserts or wrapping them in plastic. More detailed packaging and delivery instructions are available in a separate information sheet, which we would be happy to send to you on request.

Delivery date
Printed matter must be delivered 3 days before the distribution date.
If delivery is to take place later, get in touch with our manager on +46 (0) 31 62 40 65 or +46 010 480 62 34. If your inserts are delivered to us more than a week before the distribution date, a charge will be made to cover the cost of storage.
Sample copies
Sample copies must be sent to the inserts manager 10 days before the insertion date at the latest.
Incorrect insertion
Insertion is a technically delicate procedure. If any errors should occur – if, for example, your insert is not included in the entire print run agreed on the day agreed - GP’s liability will be limited to the maximum agreed price for the insertion. Thus GP accepts no other responsibility of any kind for the consequences of incorrect, incomplete or delayed insertion.

Within region A33, the print run is more or less the same on weekdays and Sundays.
Any remaining inserts will be distributed in local areas or in accordance with the wishes of our client.
We would be happy to send you detailed print run figures for selected insertions in region A33.
In region A33, our team of couriers can also distribute inserts to households that do not subscribe to Göteborgs-Posten.
