Working closely with you, your architects or designers and the Saville installation team, it is the role of the Project Manager to plan, coordinate and manage each stage of the project. They will brief an experienced and professionally qualified team of installation engineers who will then be assigned to handle the implementation process - from the initial consultation and design phase right through to completion. The project team is closely supported by a dedicated administrative Project Support co-ordinator.

All equipment racks are manufactured entirely in-house at dedicated facilities across our network. Every rack is hand-built in accordance with the latest regulatory specifications and wired to our own rigorous cabling standards. This standardisation caters for easier system expansion and helps reduce service and maintenance times, providing valuable cost savings.
Software
Our in-house team of software programmers is accredited to the highest standards with all leading control system brands including AMX, Crestron and Extron. All servicing and repairs are undertaken at our own specialist service centre by highly experienced and qualified bench engineers. We pride ourselves on delivering an efficient repair service with a three month guarantee.
Our repair process is to ISO9001:2000
accreditation. This is constantly monitored to ensure compliance whilst we actively seek to improve our service capability.
All repairs are undertaken in a controlled professional environment using only genuine manufacturers’ replacement parts.
A dedicated collection and delivery service is available to many parts of the UK.
After acceptance of a repair estimate we aim for a maximum 21 day turn-around (subject to spares availability).
SavilleCARE Loan Equipment
Should your own equipment require removal for repair under manufacturer’s warranty, our service includes provision of a loan replacement, avoiding disruption and downtime.
If necessary, we arrange collection of the faulty product and delivery and installation of an equivalent replacement. We will then arrange to deliver the repaired equipment, re-install and test your system.
This service is available for all equipment makes and models - in or out of warranty – to keep your AV facilities fully operational.
