Personal handy phone system (PHS) builts several wireless coverage areas by BTS controllers, BTS and some other equipments. It can make full use of existing exchange resources, accesses PSTN through V5.2 port or No.7 port, provides roaming service between local switching service area or not.
BTS of PHS communicating with PS through air interfaces, which could provide voice services, data services and other expanding businesses. At the same time, it connects BTS controller through network ports, then finishes the connection with the local switching through the equipments in the PHS.

WORK PRINCIPLE
Mobile phone communication, in a certain frequency range, is to receive and decode the wireless downlink signal from the base station effectively to complete a data or voice transmission. Mobile shelter is the one uses the special electro-magnetic signal by sweeping frequency to form a protective layer in those protective-needed places. This three-dimensional invisible shield region can not make the mobile phones receive the communication well from the base station. According to the actual situation in one of the prisons in Fujian province, this solution will realize the relevant traffic selec-tion and 500 pieces PHS wireless extension through number-analyzing. Buildings, canteens, factory secselec-tions, cells, central controlling rooms, roads, playgrounds, and other locations in the jail will be covered by four 500MV base stations, one 40MV base stations and the PHS special network in the roads. The Shelter network shields the public network signals by six high-power intelligent shielding sources and 19 low-power ones. The bi-net of PHS special network and Shelter network, realize the non-public-network in the jail and PHS special network for the communications for turkeys, fulfill the demands of the inner communication in the jail.
