SALE NOTICE

In exercise of powers contained in the ‘Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002, the Authorized Officer has taken the PHYSICAL POSSESSION of the under mentioned secured assets which are held as securities in respect of credit facilities granted to the borrowers mentioned below (hereinafter referred to as “borrowers”). The sale notices have been issued to the borrowers/mortgagors/ guarantors. It has been decided to sell the secured assets on ‘AS IS WHERE IS BASIS and AS IS WHAT IS BASIS ’ through public e-auction mentioned hereunder for realization of the secured debts dues to Punjab National Bank, Nellore branch amounting to mentioned below plus future interest, cost and charges as mentioned below incurred by the Bank thereon minus recoveries effected after the date of notice, till final payment.

1.The properties are being sold on ’ AS IS WHERE IS BASIS AND AS IS WHAT IS BASIS,WITHOUT RECOURSE. With a reserve price mentioned as bove

5.The bidders are also advised to go through the portal www.pnbindia.biz and

www.pnbindia.in in for detailed terms and conditions for e-auction sale before submitting their bids and taking part in the e-auction sale proceedings and/or contact Authorised Officer Sh.B. R. Datta ,Chief Manager (7702912666- Land line 040-23210745/040-23235212)) The Authorised Officer reserves the right to accept any or reject all bids, if not found acceptable or to postpone the auction at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever and his decision in this regard shall be final.

6. Only those bidders holding valid user ID & Password and confirmed payment of EMD through NEFT/RTGS shall be eligible to participate in ‘on line e-auction’. 7. The intending bidders have to submit their EMD by way of remittance by RTGS/NEFT to A/c 3972002200000036 (IFSC Code PUNB0397200) in the name of Margin Money A/c. The request letter mentioning the bid amount which should be more than the reserve price along with acceptance of terms of conditions of this notice and EMD details (UTR No), the copy of identity proof which should contain the address for future communications (Vote id/Driving License/Pass Port & PAN Card should reach the Authorized Officer at the address given ON OR BEFORE 21-12-2015.

8.The EMD will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders within 7 days from the date of auction and the bidders will not be entitled to claim any interest, costs, expenses and any other charges (if any).

9.The interested bidders, who have submitted their bids not below the reserve price on or before 21-12-2015, shall be eligible to participate in the e-auction at scheduled date and time given against the secured assets to be sold. The bidders shall improve their offer by a minimum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand). In case bid is placed in the last 5 minutes of the closing time of the auction, the closing time will automatically get extended for 5 minutes.

10.The successful bidder shall have to deposit 25% of the bid/sale amount immediately through NEFT/RTGS to the following Account – Margin money a/c,PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK,Bo:ARMB Hyderabad Account No 3972002200000036 (IFSC Code PUNB0397200) and the earnest money shall be adjusted towards 25% of the bid/sale amount. In case of default in payment of the

remaining 25% of the bid amount immediately to the authorized officer, the EMD amount deposited will be forfeited and the secured asset will be resold.

11.The successful bidder shall be required to deposit the balance 75% of the bid amount within 15 days from the date of confirmation of sale by the secured creditor through NEFT/RTGS to the following Account – Margin money a/c, PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, BO: ARMB Hyderabad Account No. 3972002200000036 (IFSC Code PUNB0397200). In case of default in payment of the remaining 75% of the bid amount within the prescribed period, the 25% amount deposited will be forfeited and the secured asset will be resold.

12.If the dues of the bank together with all costs, charges and expenses incurred by them or part thereof as may be acceptable to the bank are tendered by/on behalf of the borrowers or guarantor/s, at any time on or before the date fixed for sale, the sale of asset may be cancelled.

13.The bidders shall submit copies of PAN card and proof of residential address, while submitting the bid. The bidders other than individuals shall also submit proper mandate for e-bidding.

14. All statutory dues/attendant charges/other dues including registration charges, stamp duty, taxes etc. shall have to be borne by the purchaser.

15.The sale certificate shall be issued in the same name in which the tender is submitted.

16.Words and expressions used herein above shall have the same meaning respectively assigned to them in SARFAESI Act, 2002, and the Rules framed there under.

17.Disputes, if any, shall be within the jurisdiction of Nellore Courts only.

18.The particulars of Secured Assets specified in the Schedule herein above have been stated to the best of information of the authorized office, but the Authroised Officer shall not be answerable for any error, misstatement or omission in this proclamation

19.Any other encumbrances known to the Bank – Please see the Tender Document on website.

20.The bidders should ensure proper internet connectivity, power back –up etc,. The bank shall not be liable for any disruption due to internet failure, power failure or technical reason or reasons/contingencies affecting the e-auctions.

21. This publication is also 30 days notice to the above mentioned borrower/ mortgagor / guarantors.

22.The interested parties may inspect the properties on 14-12-2015 between 10.30 A.M to 1.30 P.M
