2-1 QNC Aluminum Panel Production Line
The QNC Aluminum Panel is made by bonding a sheet of aluminum 0.5mm in thickness to the top and bottom of its center layer being flame retardant resin. Because the core layer of the product has flame resisting property, it has excellent Non-combustible effect. In addition, this product has beautiful appearance as well as excellent fire resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance.
Our gravimetric blending system increases the reliability of the product by supplying each material to the mixing machine at a constant rate by digital program control.
In addition, the thermochemical mixing method which is disperse, dry, pressurize, and mix a compounded raw materials gives optimal flame retardancy, processability, and physical properties to the raw materials. Precisely-machined twin screw as the same direction segment type and laminating rollers provide high quality products.

2-2 Aluminum paste & pigment production line
Available
To produce aluminum paste, aluminum powder or foil is fed into the ball mill in which mineral spirit and stearic acid or oleic are added, pulverized and ground to produce fine aluminum grains of
extremely thin flake form.
Widely used in Painting steel towers, bridges and other structures because of its excellent rust prevention. Used as an undercoating of ship bottom paints, with its excellent rust prevention property.
Primarily used as a metallic finish for automobiles because of durability and cleanliness of the painted
surface.
Applied in printing ink, coating cloth and paper.
As an additive to synthetic resin, rubber and others, so that the resultant product exhibits excellent surface
gloss and light interceptivity.
The HARDOX™ ball mill is a grinder for reducing hard materials to powder.
The grinding is carried out by pounding and rolling of a charge of steel or ceramic balls carried within the cylinder. The cylinder rotates at a relatively slow speed, allowing the balls to cascade through the mill base, thus grinding or dispersing the
materials. That is, special steel balls are installed in mill base. when the cylinder rotates, the cylinder generates a centrifugal force to carry the steel ball from a certain height and then ball fall to strike and grind material.

2-4 Feeder Ruder extrusion line
The SINKHAN MACHINE has developed the FR Extrusion line whose specification is Ø150mm in diameter of screw and 22:1 in L/D produce masterbatch for the first time in Korea.
This line that produces masterbatch or recycled raw materials filler consists of a series of kneading, feeding, extruding, air wiping, pelletizing processes.
The Feeder Ruder extruder has the ability to produce masterbatch or recycled raw materials of 500kg per hour in volume and Ø3mm in size. The cooling system and electric hydraulic system attached to the body of it guarantees the reliability of the FR extruder. The recycled raw materials produced by this FR extruder are used as Pelletizer.

2-5. Cement panel production line
The Cement extruder which operated by vacuum molding extrusion system
consists of process of mixing, kneading, feeding, extruding, molding.
That is, the raw material is injected,
mixed, kneading, next treated in vacuum and extruded by Auger screw, finally passes through various shape of a die to produce the final product.

2-6. Combi-Cooling mixer
The Super mixer produces high quality products by
dispersing and mixing in a short time after adding various additives such as stabilizer, filler, lubricant and pigment to raw materials such as Powder and Pellet .
Specially designed high-speed rotating blades allow raw materials to flow ideally, allowing them to blend uniformly in a short period of time.
The Cooling blender provides high cooling efficiency by effective heat exchange between the raw material from the Super mixer and the refrigerant.
It is used for Heated mixing, Drying, Coating, Coloring,
Granulating, Drying and Degassing of raw materials.

2-7 Sound-absorbing material for automobile production line
Melt blown process
This production line produces sound absorbing and soundproofing materials for
automobiles in sheet form. The final product is molded into the desired shape by the molding machine.

The NR rubber & EPDM Recycling extrusion line is a equipment that removes sulfur from waste rubber or EPDM to produce recycled material that used for industrial material as like EPDM, NBR, NR.
Sinkhan Machine's eco-friendly waste rubber recycling extrusion line makes it possible to recycle 100,000 tons of waste rubber per year as solid raw materials.
By recycling waste materials as recycled raw materials, we can contribute to the efficient use of resources and the improvement of the environment.
