Collins C. Chipote has 20 years of work experience in heritage conservation at national

and international levels as well as in a Consultant in

Environmental and Heritage (cultural) Impact Assessment. He

has also training and experience in journalistic work. Mr

Chipote is also a member of the Zambian Bar as a Legal

Practitioner and Advocate of the High Court of Zambia. He is

currently the Executive Director and Legal Counsel for the

Zambia’s National Heritage Conservation Commission and is

currently leading the team working on the preparation of the

Nomination Dossier for the Barotse Plains Cultural Landscape.
