Triad Group Plc is an SME IT Services Provider established in 1988, with a track record of delivering exceptional value and expertise to our clients in the public, private and third sectors.
We provide cloud based delivery and advisory services based on the standards and principles established by the Government Digital Service. We are experienced in the design and development of digital by default services in accordance with the Digital by Default Service Standard and the Government Design Service Manual. Our advisory services ensure our clients achieve the best practices required in today’s Digital Government.

Service Description
Triad’s Business Continuity Services will work with you to deliver Business Continuity Management Plans. We’ll run workshops, 1 to 1 training and conduct Business Impact Assessments. Triad will ensure you’re able to manage disruptive incidents, so your services can operate to a recovery point within agreed recovery time objectives.

Our Staff
Our services are delivered by a highly professional and experienced team. All of our permanent consultants are practiced in delivering solutions in to the public sector and a key aspect of our ongoing development is alignment with the Governments ICT agenda. A typical Triad consultant is degree-educated with at least 10 years post-graduate experience.
Our Agile Project Managers are Scrum Masters who, in addition to possessing delivery expertise, are also adept at providing Agile training and consultancy. We have PRINCE 2 certified project managers and our developers regularly undertake external examinations to ensure that they possess the skills necessary to deliver the demands of today’s cloud-based applications, whether bespoke or across platforms such as SharePoint. Our architects are trained using open
standards such as TOGAF.
We hold developer certifications with Microsoft, Apple and Google/Android, with competencies in mobile computing, web development, collaboration and business process automation, as well as in emerging areas such as HTML 5.
Our Capabilities
As well as providing vendor-agnostic advice and guidance, we have significant expertise in building our own applications using open source technologies and proprietary platforms such as .NET, and application layers such as Microsoft SharePoint.
Our Virtual CTO Forum meets regularly to ensure that our services and our capabilities remain aligned to the needs of our client base, a significant proportion of which is within the public sector. This forum actively sponsors staff development and research to sustain our position at the forefront of technology-led business innovation.
