Our time clocks range from basic to sophisticated, depending on your business demands. If you want to enter time from your PC at your desk, at home, or traveling with a laptop, TimeForce Self Service is an available option that enables you and your staff to do so. You control the permissions and access. If you have staff working remotely there are many options for time collection and reporting via web-enabled smart phones and/or telephone login. Many clocks can be used off-site, take your clock to a remote job location and upload your employee time punches when you return.

Should you opt for either the Job Costing or HR modules, they will be right at your fingertips as well. Within these sections, or tabs, there are many tools and features that make managing time simple and intuitive.

Since TimeForce is browser-based, supervisors or payroll staff can review, edit and approve employee’s time online, anytime. In just a few steps, your payroll manager can fix exceptions, verify that the supervisors or payroll staff have approved time cards (if approval is desired), and lock the pay cycle and prepare file for payroll processing. Time collection, review, and payroll processing are simplified.

With the TimeForce Self Service option, employees can handle their own HR-related administrative tasks from work, home, or on the road. This allows the HR, payroll, and benefits staff to focus on more strategic duties.
Employees can have limited and controlled access to a significant amount of information, such as accruals, time entries, shift/schedule, and demographic information—all in one place.
In addition, you can grant your employees the ability to clock in and out via the Self Service feature, submit leave requests to supervisors and receive supervisor’s response, and/or submit updates to their personal information. You also have the option to restrict self service punch creation for your employees to specific IP addresses or range of IP addresses.
You can also use the Verification Option so that supervisors are required to log into TimeForce and verify that the hours and earnings totals for their subordinates are correct prior to your payroll department processing payroll. This can dramatically cut down on your payroll administrator’s time to produce payroll. No more last minute error correction or tracking down individual employees.
