except for the first or last operation on the basis of each process. AES-VCM Mong Duong

could check the operation, if he is present at the site during the inspection by Doosan.

NOTE : The Site ITP and all of the abovementioned reports will be kept available by

DOOSAN at anytime for control and or review by AES-VCM Mong Duong.
