Design Briefs

We can prepare a Design Brief for you following personal consultations to establish your exact requirements. We will develop and submit designs with drawings well presented in an accurate, informative and easy to read format using the latest CAD technologies, with access to 3D imagery and virtual tours.

Construction Design and Management Regulations apply to all common building projects. Sheldon Bosley will meet these Health and Safety requirements, which need to be observed from design through to completion of a project.

Contract Administration

We have qualified and experienced professionals to undertake Contract Administration, thereby becoming the liaison between you and the contractor to ensure the project is built in accordance with the drawings, documents and timescales provided. Contract Administration includes regular site

inspections, certifying any work undertaken, managing payments to the contractor, dealing with variations, notifying all parties when the project is fit for occupation, issuing Practical Completion, managing the Rectification Period and issuing a Final Completion certificate once we are satisfied that the project is complete.

Insurance Restoration

We also have considerable skill and experience in managing all aspects of building insurance restoration including administrating an appropriate claim and the physical works of the restoration to the building, including liaison with the insurance company and loss adjustor.

We provide a professional service that covers all aspects of land and measured building surveying, using fully trained staff and the latest technologies and techniques.

As Chartered Surveyors we undertake a full range of buildings and structural surveys on properties of all types. We prepare Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations and Want of Repair Notices, together with the preparation of detailed specifications for new work and for the repair and improvement of those facilities requiring attention.

We also provide a property valuation service that complies with the formal requirements prescribed by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We have many years of experience in valuing a diverse range of properties for a variety of clients. The valuations can be undertaken for a number of reasons, including taxation, insurance, acquisition, disposal and litigation and for secured lending.
