HR Hustle
HRythm, the HR club of LBSIM presents HR Hustle, a two stage competition where you get a chance to keep yourself in the shoes of an HR show your competency. All you need to do is, work in teams of two, compete with other teams and win exciting prizes.
Round 1 – Qualifying Round-Crossword Puzzle
It will test your general awareness AND knowledge in the field of HR.The format of the crossword is as follows:
The pdf file (password protected) will be sent to registered email IDs and will be posted on FB at 9:00 PM
Teams have to submit their responses through a Google Form in 30 minutes.
Link for the Google form will be made available on Tatva FB page along with the registered IDs at 9:50 PM
Password will be shared on Tatva FB page along with the registered IDs at 10:00 PM. The winners shall be intimated through email. Results would also be published on Tatva
website and Facebook page of HRythm.
Round 2 - Round 2: On Campus: Final Round
This is a surprise round and selected teams will be informed about it on the campus only ON 21st.
Rules
Event is open to all.
A team should comprise of at max 3 members from the SAME INSTITUTE. Multiple teams from one B-School are allowed.
Teams who do not adhere to any of the rules and regulations can be disqualified at any stage of the event.
Individuals cannot be a part of more than one team. The teams must strictly adhere to the deadlines.
The decision of the judges/organizers shall be final and binding on all contestants. The rules may change according to the discretion of the organizers at any stage of the
event (Participating teams will be intimated of any such changes beforehand).

HRythm, the HR club of LBSIM presents DecipHR,a HR’s perspective ,a two stage competition where you get a chance to prove your mettle in the field of human resources. You need to work in team of two, compete with other teams and win cash prizes worth Rs.25000.
Round 1 - Qualifying Round : Picture Evaluation
This round will check the thoughtfulness and creativity of the teams. The teams will be given a set of pictures and they have to formulate a story connecting all the pictures. A few will have concepts of HR and few will be general.
The format of the round is as follows:
1.) The event will start on 15th February, 2015 9:00 PM.
2.) All teams will be sent a pdf of pictures on their registered email-id.
3.) The teams have to respond within 2 days ,latest by 17th February, 2015 10:00 PM.
4.)The winners shall be intimated through email. Results would also be published on TATVA website and Facebook page.
Round 2 – On Campus
This is a buzzer round. Shortlisted teams from round 1 will have to answer questions based on their knowledge about human resources.Further details will be communicated to the shortlisted teams.
The winning teams will be given a cash prize worth Rs.25000 along with the winning certificate.

The participants will be given a set of questions that they have to answer.
Round 2
Dream Team Hustle – On Campus Round
Rules
A team can have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 members. All members from the team should be from same college/institute. No participant should be a part of more than one team.
A team can be a mix of first year and second year students. Multiple teams from one B-School are allowed.
Only selected teams will move to the 2nd round.
Teams which do not adhere to the rules and regulations can be disqualified at any phase of the event.
No reimbursements would be given for travel and lodging expenses (Participants have to arrange for the same themselves)
In case of any dispute, the decision of the Organizing Committee will be final and binding.
