Cream cheese Chicken Stew Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 510 minutes Serves 10 INGREDIENTS
1 16 ounce jar Salsa Verde 1 small (3 oz) package of cream cheese
1 can dice tomato with no salt
5 Frozen Chicken Breasts (or 20 frozen Chicken Tenders)
2 cans Black Beans 1 can Sweet Corn
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1. Place frozen chicken breasts or chicken tenders in bottom of slow cooker.
2. Add the remaining ingredients except cream cheese to the slow cooker.
3. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
4. Remove about 1/2 the liquid if you want a thick
sauce, you can
leave all the liquid if you want a soup.
5. Add cream cheese to the chicken and cook on warm setting for
30 minutes, then stir.

3 raw boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups water

1. Combine all ingredients in a large slow cooker and stir very well.
2. Cook on high settings for 4 to 6 hours or low 6 to 8 hours.
3. Remove chicken from soup and shred.

DIRECTIONS
1. Place the chicken in a slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the chicken, and then layer the
salsa and vegetables on top.
3. Pour half cup of water over the mixture.
4. Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
5. The chicken is cooked when the temperature at the centre
reaches 165°F, check with a thermometer.
6. Break up the chicken with two forks when it is cooked through
and then stir in the sour cream.
