Replicated Disaster Recovery
Protecting critical data and applications are issues every organisation faces. In the event of a disaster, your business needs the infrastructure to run your critical business applications. This can take time and money: rebuilding is a time consuming task and paying for third party disaster recovery companies is expensive.
LETN Replicated Disaster Recovery provides optional levels of protection for your critical applications and data. We help you design protection services specifically matched to your business. A remote access solution will facilitate customer or employee access to the protected applications.
Using our IaaS platform, we can replicate your servers and data to one or more of our data centres and failover within an agreed time.
Levels of protection available are:
• Off site data replication
• Off site data replication and server image replication with server cold start • Site to Site infrastructure replication with server cold start
• Site to Site infrastructure replication with automated failover (typically 15 minutes) • Application level replication and failover, near instant availability for very critical
applications

LETN helpdesk:
1st line through 4th line reactive support that provides on-demand assistance to you and your employees. There is a clear escalation path for critical issues and users can contact the helpdesk by email, web or phone. Optional 24x7 on-call cover is available to handle emergency issues.
Managed services:
LETN have a long, respected history of managing our clients’ IT infrastructure. Your hosted solution will be handled by experienced, skilled and reliable engineers who will deal with your backup, security and change requests.
Remote monitoring:
Keeping your systems running is important to us. We include remote monitoring as standard so we can keep an eye on our clients’ servers.
Additional bespoke levels of monitoring can cover critical applications. Your account manager will be happy to discuss setting up specific alerting tools for your infrastructure.
