Screen printing is a process that applies ink to fabric. Screen printing can be applied to almost any fabric.
We can print on t-shirts, hats, bags, hoodies, jackets and much more. We also offer customized company shirts, sports jersies, restaurant uniforms, business polos, college sweatshirts, personalized accessories, and really ... the possibilities are endless. Screen printed clothing is a great way to promote your business or event, to raise money for your fundraiser or to show unity in your team or sporting event. Order Process
Simple 1-2-3 Process
Ordering your screen printed products is a very simple three step process. We will walk you through each step and make sure that you are well informed of the "in hands" date of your finished screen printed apparel. It all starts with an idea brought to us by you, our customer, and finishes with a unique product to advertise your event, company, team or organization. Your idea is given to our in-house graphic artists who make a computer generated version of that idea or logo. Once you've approved the artwork, it is "burned" with ultra violet light onto a special screen that allows ink to be pushed through the design area onto the garment. The ink then dries as the item is placed on a belt that runs through a dryer. This dryer will cure or set the ink at
320°F. At the end of the dryer, quality control inspects each garment to guarantee the finshed apparel meets
our stringent, high quality standards. That simple! We are experts in this process with over 20 years in delivering screen printed apparel and look forward to helping you have a product that you are proud of!
1. Choose A Garment.
T-Shirts are the most common item to screen print, but we can screen print on pretty much anything! When choosing a garment take into consideration quantity, quality, how the item will be used as well as your budget limits.
We have included several items in this presentation that you can choose from, but we have many others as well. If you cannot find exactly what you're looking for listed here, contact us and we will work with you to meet your budget and find the exact item to meet your needs.
2. Create A Design.
Need help developing your design? We have a full in-house design team of graphic artists who can help create your concept. Contact us today to get started on your new project. Design fees may apply.
Have your design already finished? We accept raster/bitmap image files; however, we prefer .TIF, .JPG, .GIF, .PCX, .CDR, .BMP, or .EPS files. Vector artwork is always best or a High-Res .jpg is acceptable if 300 dpi or higher.
3. Approve Your Art.
We will send you an email with a virtual proof so that you can see the actual design on the garment and know that you are 100% satisfied with the design before we print. Once you've approved the art - we will send your design into production!
