1. Handle all levels from Level 1 to Level 3 including escalaFons by two teams : ServerAdminz team and ServerAdminz expert team 2. ServerAdminz experts are operaFng from a managed NOC locaFon while proacFvely monitoring and managing the cloud 24x7.
3. Monitoring of Datacenter infrastructure on various parameters to ensure that the infrastructure is up and running with minimum outage. 4. Immediate escalaFon to ServerAdminz expert team in case of outage or performance threshold violaFon by NOC agent
