What projects do we take and how do we
deal with them?
We are interested in working with architectural objects such as residential developments and individual apartment buildings, gated communities, commercial properties as well as shopping malls and stadiums.
From an architecture standpoint, we are most interested in working with the modern architecture of the West, with lots of glass and peculiar unconventional shapes. Great examples are the Moscow International Business Center “Moscow City”, the Burj Khalifa tower in Dubai and the like. We are also quite interested in classic style buildings with their magnificence
and abundant façades.
To come up with a cost and timing estimate for a project, we need as much material as possible. Perhaps, even more than you think. It’s not a whim of ours; it’s a necessity that will help avoid risks after the beginning of project work and allows us to deliver the high quality results that we are known for.
We work on projects with a budget of $3000 and higher. Why? Because starting at this figure, the objects for modeling tend to have the level of complexity and detail that’s exciting to work with.
