Managing Partners

Frank Rivera has been selling real estate and working in fi nancial

markets since 2006. Throughout his charter as a real estate professional, he has successfully closed over 700 transactions ranging from $100,000 single family residences to $6,000,000 commercial buildings.

Throughout the past six years, Frank has represented sellers, buyers, investments fi rms, business owners and banks. During that time, he has been Senior Vice President for a leading commercial real estate fi rm. He is a managing member of the Special Assets Division and has successfully managed over $90 million in assets and REO dispositions. Having extensive knowledge of the process for disposition of REO commercial assets, disposition of REO homes and operations gives him the ability to keep clients current regarding the changing real estate environment.

During the past six years, Frank has been focusing on REO property sales, foreclosures, short sales and note sales. Frank works with managers to help meet their individual needs and priorities, using expertise in the surrounding Atlanta market.

Frank has invaluable experience and his professional background adds tremendous value to managing the day to day operations.

Randy-Leigh Kindred has been servicing the real estate community

since 1999 and has extensive REO and distressed asset experience in North Georgia. She is a licensed Broker in Georgia and is responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and management of e3 Real Estate Services.

Since 2009, Randy-Leigh has owned and administered a successful real estate company while developing and managing an REO team with 22 agents covering 15 counties. Her comprehensive knowledge of all phases of real estate, specifi cally bank owned properties from acquisition to disposition, including residential homes, commercial buildings, condominiums, townhomes, vacant land and rentals, generated a combined REO transaction volume that exceeds $100 Million.

Randy-Leigh has developed a unique and proven skill set in the disposition of Bank Owned properties to liquidate an asset while receiving the highest possible net return to mitigate the loss. Teamwork, Communication, Reliance, Integrity and Professionalism are at the center of her every day work environment and requires that any service partners engaged to assist in the liquation of an asset meet the same high quality standards.
