Relocation of used automobile dealership comprised of two properties totaling 0.76 acre at 651 W. Poplar Avenue.
• A Pre-Application meeting was held 8/28/2013 to discuss a short term permit for the duration of the EPA site remediation.
• Pre-Application meeting held 9/25/13 to discuss application for relocating service facilities to former Master’s Touch site.
• Drilling of test pits for contamination has started and has been setback by deep pits collapsing.
• Test wells installed, trenching will be started in beginning of February. • Test pits back filled and concrete caps poured.
• Monitoring unit has been installed but not connected to power.
Mercedes Benz DD# 12-042 DD12-043
Development of an automobile dealership on 4.76 acres at Houston Levee and Shelby Drive.
• Pre-Construction meeting held 7/31/13 for private development. • Construction Plans for public improvements; Houston Levee at Shelby, submitted 9/17/13.
• Site development under construction.
• Work on Shelby Drive improvements is about 75% complete; curb and asphalt is being completed.
• Water system installed, Shelby Drive curbs are poured and the road base is in for Old Shelby Drive.
• Shelby Drive paved, final inspection anticipated within the month.

Development of offices/ retail outparcel on the front and mini-storage in the rear of an undeveloped parcel on the south side of

·Pre-Application meeting held on 4/30/13. ·Application received 5/13/13 to amend the PD to allow use.
·PD Amendment approved by BMA on 7/22/13
·Reviewed by DRT on 6/11/13 & 6/25/13 and by the PC on 7/2/13. ·Pre-Application meeting to discuss site plan 7/23/13·Application for Preliminary Site Plan received 9/16/13.·Violation of PD found in Pre-DRT review on 10/14/13. ·Application for modification of the PD submitted 10/24/2013. Criss Cross Village (Phase 1)
DD# 12-048
Development of 50 residential lots on 22.194 acres on the north side of Criss Cross Lane.
Construction Plans were approved at the 3/26/13 BMA with the development agreement.
· The Final Subdivision Plat approved by the PC on 5/2/2013. · Sewer, water and base asphalt installed. Street signs must be put up. Sewer must still be connected to the main line.
· Waiting on MLGW to complete work so the erosion control can be re-installed which will allow the sewer to be safely connected to the main line.

Villages at Porter Farms, Phase 8 DD# 13-024
Development of 10 residential lots (single family dwellings) and 1 non-residential lot on Shea Road.
Construction of public infrastructure is complete, modification to Shea
Road median and landscaping must be done. Anticipate slabs for houses will be poured in first week of January.

Development of a retirement center on Houston Levee Road consisting of a 3-story medical office complex, 2-story 60 bed assisted living facility, and 63 cottage homes.
