Technology is rapidly changing the way real estate properties are developed and marketed.

3D Architectural visualization gives real estate developers and marketers the flexibility to go beyond the traditional 2D illustrations with accuracy and speed.

Architectural visualization renderings also take the guess work out of catering to the needs of your clients and shows them exactly what the are buying, leading to quick decision making and closing the sale.

Five ways 3D Architectural Visualization helps you stand out from your competition:

1. Photorealistic renders allow perspective buyers to immediately give critical feedback on a property. 2. Virtual renderings and walkthroughs are a unique

way to market a rental or residential property. 3. Renderings can be a starting point for market

research..

4. Properties can be rendered furnished or not furnished.

5. Properties can be rendered in any light or weather condition.

Many of the products in TV and Internet commercials these days aren’t actually the physical products, but photorealistic virtual representations of them.

Virtual products are easier to produce and can be included in animations with any type of visual effect imaginable. This allows for increased flexibility in product presentation.

Five ways 3D Product Visualization helps you stand out from your competition:

1. Photorealistic renders are quick to produce. 2. Product renders are less expensive to produce

because the materials and textures are computer generated.

3. Virtual products can be produced in any number needed for marketing purposes.

4. Virtual products can be used in animations with physics that would otherwise require complex effects. 5. Product renders can assist in the product designing

stage.

Recent studies have shown that great property listing photographs give real estate agents a competitive edge. Good photographs offer that ‘wow’ factor to the potential buyer or renter and provide a critical good first impression. Still not convinced? The numbers tell the story:

• According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) , 90% of home buyers search for real estate online.

• 85% of buyers deem photos “very useful” to their decision making process.

• Researchers tracking the eye movements of subjects who looked at online home listings found that more than 95% of users viewed the first photo—the one that shows the exterior of the home—for a total of 20 seconds.

• According to research by Redfin, homes listed between $200,000 and $1 million, sell for $3,400 to $11,200 more relative to their list prices when they include photos taken with DSLR cameras.

Presentation is very important; especially when it comes to presenting a dish as a delicious work of art. Many food businesses use photos that don’t make their food enticing and this is how you can gain a competitive edge for your business.. Food photographers understand the interplay between light, texture, color and background elements to create compelling photographs. Good food photographs boil down to one basic goal: does that photo make the viewer want to eat the food photographed? What makes a

food photograph enticing is the textures, colors and the memories associated with food. Most important to food photography is the quality and nature of light. If you don’t have good light, then you don’t have a good photograph.

Your website is an investment and like any good investment, careful planning and management will produce a solid return.

In every project, Cosmiq Cloud strives to develop three areas:

• User Experience – The best websites are those that are easy to use, easy to navigate and have information that is easy to find.

• Accessibility – This often neglected area is important because it makes your content

available to users with disabilities and other challenges. In addition, good accessibility practices also improve the SEO of websites. • Visual Content – According to studies, 94% more total viewers are attracted by content containing compelling images than content without images while 67% of consumers con-sider clear and detailed images to be very important. They carry even more weight than the product information, full description, and customer ratings.

The identities of most businesses begin with the look and feel of their logos. But digging deeper reveals that what’s even more important is the story behind that logo.

Every part of the logo should have a purpose and tell a story about the company it represents. This story even includes the colors, lines, curves, font and overall shape of your logo.

Your logo in essence come to embody your company’s interaction with the world it interacts

with. This includes its philosophies, views on quality and focus on customer service.

For that reason it is important to give thought and energy into crafting a logo that will communicate everything you want to express about your business.

This relationship between visual imagery and business identity is what drives some of the most recognizable logos in the world.

developers have expertise in the back-end functionality of a website. This normally involves

using programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, PHP, Python or Ruby. Web
