u l t r a s t r u c t u r a l le v e l, and l a r g e l y p h a g o c y t ic . T h e p o s s i b le

m a t u r a t i o n in d u c in g p r o p e r t i e s of th e c u l tu r e d th y m u s c e l l s w e r e

in v e s t ig a t e d . T h e PHA r e s p o n s i v e n e s s of t h y m o c y te s , a f e a t u r e

of m o r e m a t u r e ly m p h o c y te s w a s found to be m a r g i n a l l y e n h a n c e d
