We have professional photographs of some of properties that are appropriate for the website. We would not want to use our own in-house photos for the website.

Provide calculators to determine mortgage payments, affordability,(see Q4); allow users to navigate based on a set of choices - I am a (veteran, teacher, homebuyer). We would like to add the ability for property owners to create accounts and log in and see their account balances. Currently there are no log-in options on the CHFA site.

Types of documents posted inlcude PDFs, PPT presentations, Excel workbooks and forms. Some are only posted for a few weeks, other items can be archived after 1 year. If its possible to have an auto-archive option for certain types of documents (minutes, presentations, newsletters,) and set up exceptions for other document types (construction standards, Qualified Allocation Plans), that would be useful.
