Standing orders The fees listed under electronic outgoing payments shall apply. There is no fee to set up, modify or close a standing order.

Deadlines for receipt The deadline for receipt of payment instructions is 4.00 p.m. Payment instructions submitted after this time shall be deemed to have been received on the following business day. However, the bank reserves the right to execute payment instructions received after the deadline for receipt immediately.

Extraordinary expenses

As a rule, extraordinary expenses in connection with the management or custody of securities, precious metals or valuables and in connection with payment services may be passed on to the client.

Extraordinary internal expenses, particularly in connection with the provision of information or clarifications or the retrieval of documents, are charged on an hourly basis.
